The first day the Northern party arrives at the Tourney at Harrenhall, Lyanna immediately sets out in search of the Sword of the Morning and makes it her mission to stalk Ser Arthur Dayne for the rest of the Tourney.
.
Through the bushes, Lyanna watches as the Sword of the Morning does his sword fighting forms just outside his tent. She watches with nearly mouth agape as she beheld those tight, flexing muscles.
The man is only in his breeches and Lyanna can't help but stare. She stares for much longer than necessary. Her gaze then turns towards the knight's midnight hair and his sun-kissed skin, which glistens with perspiration. From this distance, Lyanna can't distinguish the color of his eyes, but she hears from the others that it is the color of dark violets.
She is tempted to get closer to him just to see the color of his eyes, but Lyanna stops herself.
That can be done in another time. She thought, when the time comes that I may need to talk to him.
The knight remains unaware of her presence for Lyanna has made certain to hide beneath the foliage and wore clothes that blended well with her environment.
Thereafter, she writes her observation down on a piece of parchment. Her handwriting nearly indecipherable as she does her best to crouch low while trying to keep any sound to a bear minimum.
She doesn't want to be discovered by the man she intends to stalk throughout the Tourney.
Subject does morning exercises without his shirt on.
She notes.
Then, biting her lower lip, Lyanna adds as an afterthought,
Subject has well-define muscles and a fine pair of shapely buttocks.
Of course, Lyanna knows that it isn't Ser Arthur Dayne's shapely buttocks that Ned admires. (She snickers even at the thought.) Lyanna is simply making observation, which includes writing down the man's physical attributes.
As Lyanna continues to observe the Sword of the Morning, she wonders what else she might discover about the man, other than his superior sword fighting skills and his impressive muscles.
