Hello Everyone, I hope you enjoyed last nights episode as much as I did! I can't wait till Ethan's next storyline, well I hope they give him another storyline! Anyway this idea came into my head and I was going to write and upload it tomorrow but I couldn't wait.
I will probably change the title sometime until I can think of something better to call this story.
I edited last night's episode a little, you'll find out hehe.
Bonnie had drugged Ethan's coffee. Ethan was struggling to breathe and was getting more and more sleepy. While Bonnie was looking in the other direction while telling her story. Ethan was getting dizzy and decided to lay down on the bench but within seconds he had passed out.
Bonnie took the coffee out of Ethan's hand and poured it away and also removed his glasses and placed them next to his head on the bench before strolling away in her wheelchair.
Back at the ambulance station, Iain and Dixie were cleaning out the ambulance as Dixie spilt a bit of her kebab in it. Iain put down the mop.
"Excuse me a minute Dixie, I need to go see Ethan about something" Iain said as he jumped out the back of the ambulance.
"Everything okay?" Dixie asked
"Oh yeah just need to ask him about something, guy thing, you know?" Iain smiled before walking away. Dixie just watched him walk away.
Iain was on his way to the ED when he saw a figure laying on the bench, he walked over slowly and as he got closer he could see who it was.
"Ethan?" Iain said quietly. No answer. Iain walked over to Ethan more quickly before approaching him and crouching in front of him.
"Ethan?" This time Iain was shaking Ethan's shoulder gently, Ethan stirred and began to wake.
"Mate, what happened to you? You look horrible" Iain stated as Ethan began to sit up, putting his glasses back on and stared straight at the ED before looking back at Iain.
"Bon...Bonnie. She must of drugged me." Ethan replied looking in a daze.
"Maybe we should get you checked out?" Iain looked concerned.
"No, I'm fine" Ethan said while still sounding breathless, Iain just stared him before speaking.
"Do you think Bonnie is the one of the reasons why us getting to the ED with the gunshot patient was delayed?" Iain asked.
Ethan was starting to think that she wanted her boyfriend to die and it wasn't an attempted suicide, he heard half of Bonnie's story but the drugs took effect during it so he couldn't remember the ending of her tale.
"I'm starting to believe it more and more now." Ethan replied.
"Right well I'm going to go have a 'friendly' chat with the guy that slashed the ambulances tyres." Iain got up. "You going to be okay?"
"Yes, thank you." Ethan looked up at him with a light smile and headed toward the ED as it started to rain.
And then the episode continued as normal, only obviously the police station scene at the end would be different since Iain met up with Ethan before (in this story, not the episode) :D
I did find it odd that the flashbacks were around the same time Honey was in casualty. Does that mean Ethan had feelings for Bonnie and Honey? Weird.
Anyway I hope you liked it. Time to get back to writing a chapter four for 'Hanging in the Balance.'
