A/N: Well.. this is the third(I guess) Cobkina fanfic. I know this pairing is not as famous as Nalu/Gruvia/Gale or whatever pairing they are.. But i can't help.. my mind is only Cobkina. Anyway, here's the another new plot(sorry for a change again XP). But it's kinda inspired by an anime called Hyouka, Another, and ... i forgot that anime XP but I think there's a guy called Haru, and he's a delinquent. Enjoy. Oh, and if anyone hate lyric song, please don't flame or bashing about it. Just imagined this is like anime. Of course, I don't own the lyric nor song. It's own by Hyouka and Fairy Tail.

Chap. 1: Cobra's story I

Today, is a new day.., the first day at the unpopular high school, Akiyama High School. It was used to be a peaceful days at school.. like a Heaven. However, years had passed, most of the students had began to changed... some of them were a couple of idiots, delinquent.. and worse of all, they were like a monster.

A member of a dangerous gang from Akiyama High School, Cobra had finally arrived to school. He's the only delinquent who had already quit from many kinds of school. He got this unfortunate school, thanks to his little sister, Akiko. No matter what happened, he would never say 'no' to her.

Well, then... what's so great about this school?, the crimson-haired guy thought, as he took a looked on the big buildings.

Erik, also known as, Cobra, was walking to the hallway to get to his classroom. It is near to Eisenwald class, Oracion Seis class. According from his sister, this school is pretty... special. No matter how many times the students make a trouble, the principal in here is easily forgiven to someone, so, he won't get kick them out from this school.

The-15-year-old-guy sighed of frustrated. He had no reason to live or go to school actually. All he ever do is wasting his time in working part-time job, sit around in his apartment, and fight some delinquents a lot. As for school.. well, he always skipped some classes that he wasn't interest at all. Sometimes, he also would sleep in the library and watching the clouds where they were having a race in the blue sky at the rooftop. That's what his life is from his previous high/middle school. And now... he'll be stuck in Akiyama High School without kicking nor quit. If it wasn't for Akiko, he would have stayed in his apartment as usual.

School is really annoying.. What's the point if I even listen to them..? Like teachers understand my own feeling.., Cobra thought, after he finally arrived to the entrance door of Oracion Seis class. He was quite hate his miserable life. He's drunk father was lazy, and useless, and his mother argued to him a lot... So, he tried to run away and live on his own without his sister or anyone would take care for him. Even if he ran away.. his life would never change. Though he really want to change his fate so badly... but he'll never find a way.. or is it?

"Cobra, I need to see you," Brain-sensei called him with his usual monotone voice.

The crimson-haired guy sighed, but followed as the silver-haired man's order. It's been a few days had passed.. and he begin to make a trouble. Like skipping some classes, even in P.E. too. Brain is probably going to send him to see Principal Makarov and complaint about Cobra because how much troublesome he is or maybe he would try to talk to him all alone without knowing from his classmates; Angel, Racer, Hoteye, excluded Midnight since he's sleeping in class, as always.

As the two men finally stopped to where they go, Brain begin to examine Cobra whether he had on his shirt, and finally found a cigarette from his shirt pocket.

"You do know it is forbidden to smoke here," the silver-haired man said.

"Do you even have a proof?," a man dared to ask his own homeroom teacher. Whether he's lying or not, he doesn't even care about anyone or anything. Not even his own pride.

"Don't give me a shit," Brain said, quickly gripped on the crimson-haired guy's collar shirt and punched him against the wall.

"I've heard your life is pretty miserable, isn't it? Pathetic.. why did you even came to this school anyway? A worthless like you would never supposed to in here," a homeroom teacher of Oracion Seis continued, and chuckled because how pathetic Cobra is...

Every word that Brain had already spit out, his memory was recollected back.. where it was his sister's idea to go to Akiyama High School from the beginning...

"Onii-chan~,!" a young girl greeted to her big brother cheerfully as she entered the old apartment. Right now, she is 5 years old, she's still in elementary school.

"What do you want?," the crimson-haired guy said, continued reading a manga called Beelzebub. He had a lot of manga that's about delinquent and fighting. And, he mostly like Beelzebub. Not so famo0us, thought the characters quite awesome to him. That's why he admired.

"Oooh...! You're still reading a manga again?!," Akiko mumbled.

"What can I do? It's my life, not yours," he replied to her. "So, what's your reason to come here?"

"Well, since your life is always miserable, maybe this school would be the best for you," she said, showed him a register of Akiyama High School. It was pretty simple to sign up. Just write a name, age, address, and so other things he just need to do.

"For the last time, I won't go to school this time," Cobra said, begin to read a manga again.

"Come on, Onii-chan~ You can't be like that forever. What about your future life?"

"This is my future life"

"Even if you've been kick from school for quite a lot, maybe Akiyama High School will be the best school for you. There are not popular, but I'm sure you'll like it. Please...?"

Ever since then, I begin to accept her request. I'm not sure why can't I just say 'no'. But even if I say iy, she would've been told Maria about everything. Akiko.. she;s always been a spoilt little princess, as ever..

Still.. why do I even came here anyway...? Humans are all same. They were nothing but a bunch of pest. All they do were living for themselves.. They don't even rescue to their own friends. I don't think Angel, Racer, Hoteye or even Midnight are call it as a friend.. They were all like them. Why do I even need them? This doesn't suit me at all... but looking at this old man is make me sick.

Whatever.. Maybe I just punch his face just only one hit. It's not really that bad right? After all, he's the only dumbest teacher of all that I've already met. Ok then, 1... 2...

Before Cobra could managed to punch Brain's horrible face.. someone approached to them.

"Sensei," a young figured girl spoke. Her appearance is quite like any other high school student. Though she's only petite in school. Also, the only girl who had a violet hair.

"Oh.. what's wrong?"

"Mira-sensei is calling for you. She it in instant," the girl replied.

"Is that so?," Brain said, let the crimson-haired guy go. "Thank you for mentioning to me"

After that, the teacher had finally left the two of them.. without a word. He was hoping to do something to his worthless student, but since the petite girl was there, he couldn't possibly do it or else he might get trouble.

"That teacher is really kind of jerk by the look of it..," the girl mumbled to herself. But Cobra had already heard it.

"So did you just saw everything?," he began to ask.

"Well, of course I am. What can I do? Letting you punch Brain-sensei like that?!," her voice begin to raise up.

"Ok, ok! You don't have to yell like that to me.."

She then finally calm down and remained silent for a while. "Sorry.. I'm just sad that's all..."

"Sad..? Why?"

"Well, when I was first came here, everyone was really kind and friendly.. but after I awaken from a coma.. they had changed...," she explained to him.

"Change? Like what?"

"Most of them were became delinquents.. rude.. and vicious like a monster"

Cobra remianed silent. Humans these days.. had already change into something horrible in every year. They began to increase and increase as if they were breeding. There's nothing we could do to them..

Now that he think about it.. he could sworn that he head this girl was once in a coma. Cobra begin to feel curious about that.

"You just said that you were in a coma, right? For how long?," he asked.

She then begin to think about it a little harder. "Hmm... I think it's about... a year?"

1-1 years?! What kind of coma is that?! No one would ever survive like that! Usually, it's always about a few months. Cobra was quite shocked. He couldn't say another word anymore...

"Oh! I almost forgot to introduce myself. How rude of me," she chuckled. "My name is Kinana.. and I'm from Fairy class. What's yours?"

As soon as the crimson-haired guy came back to his sense, he finally introduced himself to her. "It's... Cobra. From Oracion Seis class," he said.

"Cobra, eh?," Kinana muttered his name.

He knew what she's going to say. The name was really dumb, and weird. Of course, it's just his codename only. He couldn't event ell his real name to everyone yet. Not even to this girl.

"That's quite... unique," she replied, and smiled.

"Wh-what?! Really?," he was really, really surprised to hear that. None of the people could ever said his codename like that. He always thought it looked lame or something like that.

"Yup. It's rarely for someone calling 'Cobra'. It looked cool name too"

"Is that so?"

Kinana nodded. "I should go back to the class. Mira-sensei must have arrive. Oh and remember, don't EVER beat up to any people you're annoying. Even if you do kick their ass, you'll never learn any experience, got that?," she said and warned him.

The crimson-haired guy remained silent. Nobody.. nobody would ever say something like that to him. H ehad met so many students and teachers.. most of them were always ignored him as if his existence had been erased. Some of them were also treated him like a trash and called him worthless, monster, and some other horrible word they called him. But as for Kinana.. she was very... special. It was his first time to meet such a kind girl like that. If she hadn't come... what would've happen once he'll beat Brain-sensei up? However, he'll guarantee that his life would always been miserable, as always.

"Well then, see you later," she said, begin to leave.

"Uh.. hey, Kinana," he called her.

"Hm? Yes?," she stopped walking and took a looked at him, as he scratched his head back.

"About the thing that you said to Brain-sensei.. was it...?," he couldn't finished his word yet. The only thing he knew in mind is she came here just because she want to rescue him from beating up. Don't tell him that an innocent girl like her could possibly lie to Brain-sensei?!

She then chuckled. "Something like that," Kinana said, finally went away.

After for a quite while, he smirked on his face and said, "What an interesting girl, she is"

It's been a while he hadn't feel this happiness.. Was it thanks to her? Is she really actually special so much to him? There's so many things he want to know about this Kinana. Especially about coma. What kind of accident did she got got the past of 1 year? Is it their fate to meet each other? Or was it only coincidence?

Whoops. I think I've already spoilt it :P I know Cobra looked OOC(I think..) But I really like writing him as a cold-hearted guy ;))
