This story was inspired by Obsessedwithstabler story Ten Things You Can Never Do In CI. I took the list and turned each rule into a chapter where the rule is broken, or enforced depending on what I feel like writing for that particular rule. And now on with the show!

Chapter 1: Thou shalt not take the last bag of Skittles from the vending machine. Doing so may result in great bodily harm.

Logan had been warned time and time again never to take the last bag of skittles from the vending machine, but he had never really given much thought to what the consequences might be. So he stuck a dollar into the machine and pushed the button for the very last bag of skittles, not only in the vending machine, but also in the entire building. Logan munched on the skittles as he happily walked back to his desk. As he sat down he heard what he thought was a scream and a muffled thud.

Carolyn Barek heard the noise too. She looked up from her paperwork to see her partner eating a bag of skittles, and a very angry Alexandra Eames storming into the squad room behind him.

"Um Logan… did you take the last bag of skittles in the vending machine?" Barek asked.

"Yeah," he responded. "Why?"

Carolyn didn't have time to answer. In fact she only had just enough time to dive under her desk before she heard a loud "CRACK", followed by the sound of what she presumed to be Logan's body hitting the floor. Carolyn peered out from under her desk to find Logan sprawled out on the precinct floor with Eames walking away, happily munching on a bag of skittles.
