Well, Hello to everyone! As you may remember…or not, I am Dreamzcometrue. Big BBxRae shipper, Teen Titan in Trainging (JK) and Harley Quinn at heart. I know it has been some time since I have updated and I cannot express how sorry I am to all of you. I have absolutely no excuse. :/ Actually I have many excuses. With college, plays, homework, life, work, parties, writer's block and no interest in the computer, I have not had a chance to do anything with my stories. But now…I'm back and I'm ready to write. It may take a bit of time to get back in the swing of things but I do want to get a completed story up here for you guys.

To start off I have a new plan for Special Magic, hence why I am writing here. And I like where my idea is going so I'm going to roll with it for now. I'm rewriting my first few chapters that are already posted to tie more things in for later chapters. And I realized my writing is atrocious.

Just as a note, I've ended up going into some deeper, more serious topics in the story, trying to bring truer emotions and darker situations. Such topics may include suicidal thoughts, self-harm, harsh language, etc. I'm not exactly sure yet, but as I was re-reading my story that's where my mind started taking me. So here it goes: the first rewritten chapter of "Special Magic" and the continuation of the Raven Trilogy.

Disclaimer: I forgot how much I hate these…but I, Dreamzcometrue, DO NOT own the Teen Titans.

Chapter 1- Nightmare

Darkness. That's all she saw. Darkness that surrounded her; so she saw nothing.

"Hello?"

Nothing answered, but she knew there was something there, watching her, stalking her, an animal getting ready to pounce. She knew, for she had had this dream every night for the past two weeks.

At this thought, as if on cue; four glowing, red eyes opened in the darkness, they stared at her through the slits, and then a voice spoke,

"You cannot escape me. You are mine! You have gotten away from me too many times and, if you don't accept your destiny...you shall regret it dearly! I shall destroy you! I shall destroy everyone that has ever protected you from me! Everyone you have ever loved! Starting…with your so-called friends."

"Leave them out of this! They didn't ask for any of this! They never knew!"

The voice laughed.

"They know now. They choose to protect you, therefore they will die!"

"No!"

"Do not deny me! You will join me soon enough..."

The figure stepped out and its features were now clear, its blood red skin shone in fire light as fire itself broke out, encircling the girl, who could only stare in horror as the demon raised a clawed hand and pointed it at her.

"...my daughter."

"Nooo!"

(Teen Titan theme song)

When there's trouble you know who to call (Teen Titans!)

From their tower they can see it all (Teen Titans!)

When there's evil on the attack,

you can rest knowing they've got your back

Cause when the world needs heroes on patrol...

Teen Titans...Go!

With their super powers they unite (Teen Titans!)

Never met a villain that they liked (Teen Titans!)

They got the bad guys on the run!

They never stop till the job gets done!

Cause when the world is losing all control!

Teen Titans GO!

1-2-3-4-GO!

Teen Titans!

"Nooo!"

Raven sat up in bed, in a cold sweat. She looked around her dark room, looking for the source of her nightmare. But, there was no sign of Trigon. She glanced at her bedside table, the clock read 3:37 a.m.

Raven pulled her knees up and rested her forehead on them.

"No. I'll never work for you."

A sound of running footsteps echoed outside in the hall.

"Crap."

It was the same thing routine every night. He would hear her scream and then run to her.

Could it have really been two weeks since the Titans rescued her...two weeks since the fight with Slade...two weeks since Beastboy and her declared their relationship? It's all been happening so fast.

The door pulled open and a green teenager rushed inside. Beastboy ran to Raven's side and wrapped his arm around her shoulders, pulling her close.

"Shhh. It was just a dream. Shhh. It's ok. You're safe. I'm here."

"No, I'm okay. It's fine, Beastboy."

"That scream didn't seem fine, Rae."

Though she repeated to the concerned man that she was indeed alright, she turned her head into his shoulder and gave his hand a squeeze.

"Was it your father again?"

Raven nodded and Beastboy pulled her closer.

"What happened?"

"It doesn't matter. It wasn't real."

"He's communicating with you Rae, and you know it."

"But he can't get me so it doesn't matter."

"It matters to me!"

A moment passed before she responded. Raven looked into his jade eyes, seeing only love and concern.

"It's the same every night. I'm all alone; standing in darkness. Fire erupts and he appears. He tells me that I've been running for too long. He says that I have no choice but to join him and if I don't then he would kill. Kill you; you and everyone else."

Beastboy was silent.

"That bastard."

"Gar, please stop."

Beastboy looked back at her; he knew she was really being serious when she used his real name. He was trying to appear calm but he was shaking. He could hear thundering footsteps coming down the hall. He forgot the tension between them and broke into a chuckle.

"What's so funny?"

"Here comes the Calvary. Took long enough."

Raven chuckled too, but sighed when her door slid open and the other three Titans stood there, ready for battle. Beastboy eyed the clock as he spoke,

"Damn, what took you guys so long? We should have timed that...that was like, 10 minutes. I've seen you win video games faster, Cy. What happened? Did you have to gel your hair first, Robin?"

Everyone looked slightly embarrassed, especially Robin. He tried to brush off the comment by addressing Raven, but was unsuccessful in hiding the blush creeping across his face as he noticed she was wearing nothing else but her usual leotard.

"Raven…uhhh…are you okay? We heard you scream."

Beastboy looked back at Raven.

"I'll tell him."

Raven nodded and shut her eyes as Beastboy repeated to her friends what she had told him.

"Raven's been having nightmares about her father for the past two weeks. He's contacting her-"

"Wait a second! Two weeks?! Has she always screamed? Why didn't we hear her?"

"Because you guys sleep like logs and your snores drown out any other possible noise."

Raven couldn't help it, she laughed quietly. Beastboy smiled and hugged her. Robin pressed on, trying to shake the idea that this was the first he's heard about the situation at hand.

"And...?"

Raven spoke in her monotonous voice,

"To keep it simple: Trigon comes to me, saying that no matter what I do, no matter where I go...he'll find me. He wants me to finish what he started. He wants to return, so that he can destroy...everything."

Starfire had tears running down her face and the two boys looked shocked. Raven knew they were all staring at her, watching her lean even more into Beastboy's shoulder, waiting for anyone to break the quiet. It was Starfire.

"Friend Raven, this is most disturbing news to hear. Why have you not come forward to us sooner with this knowledge?"

"Yea Rae, we're you're friends. You didn't have to hide it from us."

"I didn't hide anything. It really isn't a big deal. It's just him trying to mess with my mind. The most he's doing is messing up my sleep schedule, which was pretty relaxed before anyway. I'm fine guys."

"Raven, we want to help you. He can't torment you like this!"

"Yes, he can Robin. As a villain, he will do anything it takes to make his enemy weak. I would do the same if I was in his place. He wants me to feel unsafe and scared. And I'm not, so it's okay."

There was a pause as Raven thought,

"I know I'll have to face him. Soon. But…I'm just not ready."

"You know Trigon is out there. You're not stupid, Rae. We know you'll find a way to get rid of him. And he's not going anywhere; until you're ready to face him."

Raven, again, turned her face up to her green beau's.

"I know but, it scares me. Just imagining what he could do to you all."

Beastboy looked back at Raven. Cyborg strode forward and sat next to the couple on the bed, he placed a mechanical hand on Raven's shoulder. Raven was like his little sister, he didn't like seeing her like this.

"Rae, we just got you back. We are not gonna lose you again. Not to death and not to that giant, red, zit, that you will never call Father."

Raven turned her head up to face Cyborg and smiled.

"Really?"

"Really, really."

"Thank you."

She leaned over and placed her hand on his. Cyborg blushed and stammered,

"Ah...I'm gonna...go now. 'Night!"

He left quickly. Starfire approached Raven next.

"You are our friend. And nothing can change that. We shall always be here for you."

"Thank you, Starfire."

Starfire smiled and embraced Raven. Raven, who wasn't much of a hugger, reluctantly returned it. That was all Starfire needed to lift several inches of the ground, clapping. Beastboy noticed Robin looking slightly crestfallen.

"What's wrong Robin? Sad you didn't get a hug? Don't worry; I'm sure Star wouldn't mind giving you one as well."

Raven smiled. Starfire looked delighted at Beastboy's comment, Robin didn't notice, but he did take her hand.

"I'm glad everyone's okay. Try and get some rest. Combat practice at noon"

Robin led Starfire from the room.

"Ha! I'm sure one of them isn't making it to their own room tonight."

Beastboy winked at Raven and pulled her closer.

"Now that they're gone, we can have some time to ourselves."

He leaned forward to kiss her, but was surprised when she placed a hand over his mouth, keeping him back.

"Not tonight."

"Awww. Come on, Rae. You know you want to."

She sighed, and very quickly placed a kiss on his lips. She was about to get up when, with reflexes like a cats, Beastboy grabbed Raven by the waist and pulled her back down onto his lap, so now her back was to his muscular chest. He leaned towards her neck and started kissing her shoulders, then moving up towards her neck.

"Gar...I'm tired. Not now."

"Ok ok."

He released her, stretched, and lay back on her bed, hands behind his head. Raven stood beside him with her hands on her hips. He opened one eye to look at her,

"I thought you said you were tired?"

"I can't really go back to sleep while my green boyfriend is in my bed."

"Oh. Come on. I have room for you right here."

He placed his hands over his heart and gave her a puppy dog face.

Raven sighed and pushed him over.

"Just tonight, and don't try anything."

Beastboy laughed.

"Raven, we've slept together before. And we're good kids."

"Still."

He began to rub her back as she lay next to him.

"You know I'm just trying to make you feel better?"

"Is it working?"

"Doesn't look like it."

"Uh huh."

She turned over so her back was toward him.

"Raaaeee?" he whined.

"What?"

"Please, look at me."

She stayed there for a minute then turned over, to face him.

"I'm trying. I don't like seeing you so…scared."

"Im not scared."

"Don't start that. Remember last time you said that and you were lying? You nearly made Titans Tower the number 1 visit on the Haunted Tour of Jump City."

Raven turned her head into the pillow and groaned loudly.

"Aww, come here."

He pulled her to him and kissed her forehead. Raven held him close.

"It's ok."

"I love you."

"I love you too, Rae. Nothing will ever come between us."

Raven fell into light sleep while Beastboy held her. A strange feeling in his gut; a feeling that could only mean bad things to come.

Does that sound a little bit better? Characters are more themselves and it dialogue is more complete. If I have time I will rewrite chapter 2 tomorrow night and have that posted for you quickly. Thank you guys for reading this again! I hope you stick with me! It's good to be back!
