One night, James snuck out of the apartment to go to a club. He got so drunk, he started a fight. During the fight the cops came. They took James and the other guy, John Downtown. They asked a lot of question. They asked for their IDS, but James did not have one. The other guy had one though. James was told he had to spend the night in jail. The next morning James had on phone call. H e called Logan because Logan knows a lot about law stuff. He watched a lot of NCIS, NCIS Los Angeles, and CSI MIAMI. Logan came in his car and tried to convince them to let James go. He did not work. James still had to stay in jail. James hopes Gustavo would not find out. When James went to jail, it was all over the news. Gustavo was watching the news. He saw James in jail and he went down to the police station. He went down and gave the police some money. He let James go. Gustavo fired James after he got out of jail.
