He took in a deep breath as he looked around the fields. The sun was shining brightly, and the grass never seemed greener than it did at that moment. He had slain all the monsters in the field and nothing was left except for him and his horse, Epona. He reached up and took off his cap before stuffing it in his bag. Once he was sure it was secure, he shifted in his seat, getting comfortable.

Finally, Link kicked his heels into Epona's sides. She took off running, also enjoying the nice weather such as her master were. He trusted that she wouldn't go anywhere she wasn't supposed to and closed his eyes. He could feel the cool hair go through his hair, drying off any sweat that may have formed when he was standing still in the wind. It felt amazing. He felt as if he was flying. He even let go of her reigns and outstretched his arms. A huge grin formed on his face.

Lost in the moment, he opened his eyes, still expecting to see a beautiful field. Instead, the yellow glowing shield over the caste greeted him instead. Just like that, his good mood died. He almost felt ashamed with himself. The people of Hyrule was suffering while he was enjoying a horseback ride. Feeling almost discouraged, the hero turned around and departed for his next destination.

Fate is calling.
