Christmas lights are beautiful.
Every year my dad and I would put up lights all over our house.
I don't know what happened to them. I didn't bring them with me when I came to Happy Harbor.
I observed the cave. It looked beautiful. With all the decorations, but something was missing.
Lights.
I sighed. "What's wrong Zee?" Asked Robin. "Nothing." I said, not even looking at him. "Come on Zee. I can tell something's wrong." He said. I, once again, sighed. "Lights." I said quietly looking down. He gave me a confused look. "Lights?" He asked with a raised eyebrow. I sighed. "Yes. Every year in December my dad and I would put up lights all over our house." I said turning toward Robin.
He looked at me for a moment and said "I have to go." Then he left. Well that was rude, I thought to myself as I left the room.
As I entered my room I looked at my calendar. It was two days until Christmas. I didn't see Robin at all until Christmas Eve.
Everyone seemed so happy. I should feel happy too, but I just couldn't. I just sat there watching everyone with a sad expression. Then I felt someone sit next to me. "Merry Christmas Zee." It was Robin. "Merry Christmas." I reply. I felt him grab my hand. "I need to show you something." We walk to a door. "What you are about to see is pretty asterous. So please. Try to stay whelmed." I look at him with a raised eyebrow. He then leads me through the door.
I couldn't believe my eyes.
I saw lights.
I turn to him. "Merry Christmas." He says sheepishly. I hug him. "Thank you." I look up at him smiling. I even surprised myself by what I did next.
I kissed him.
I pull away.
Now we're both smiling.
"Merry Christmas Robin."
Merry Christmas Bro! I hope you liked it. I definitely liked mine. Thank you.
