JPOV
Rainbows and Butterflies
Me and Emmet were currently sitting on the couch, watching some show about cars. I
had no interest in them, but apparently Rosalie was talking to him about this thing for a
car, and how she needed to fix it on Alice's Porsche. So we were watching because of all
the things in a car to break, Rosalie had no idea how to fix it. Edward, Bella, and of
course my Alice, were having some sort of a discussion who knows were, about the
wedding. After an hour and still no sign of whatever it was Rose wanted fixed, Me and
Emmet decided to play a game.
"I still can't believe we're doing this." Emmet laughed. "Come on bro, this is fun." I would
have blushed, if I was human that is. "Emmet, this is an invasion of privacy, an intrusion
of personal space!" He turned and raised an eyebrow. "Say what?" I rolled my eyes. "Its
bad, wrong, and just not right. We can't do this, Alice will kill me!" Emmet laughed. "Your
already dead." I just stared at him with a pleading look. Finally he sighed. "Fine I
guess…" I gave a sigh of relief. He smiled. "I guess we'll use Edwards!" I almost cried out
in terror, but no. If I had done that it would have given Emmet license to mock me for the
rest of my life.
We were again on the couch with it in Emmet's hand. He was reading it. "I can't believe
I'm a part of this." I sighed running my hand through my hair. Then he smiled and burst
out laughing. "I found the one we're gonna use." Oh no. I kept repeating it over and
over again. Oh please no. Edward walked in with Alice and Bella behind him. They were
talking. "No Alice I refuse to have a pink or purple dress." I felt exhaustion coming from
Bella. "Alice quit bothering her she said she didn't want-" That was it he read Emmet's
mind. "What is that?!" I could feel panic coming off Edward. Emmet Smirked. "Bells you
gotta hear this!" He called Rosalie in from the garage while Edward was panicking. "Ok.
Listen to this." Emmet cleared his throat.
"Dear diary, I told Bella what we are. I took her to the meadow today. We kissed. It was
simply amazing I've never felt such a good feeling before in all my ninety years of living. It felt
like there were butterflies in my stomach. I wonder if she liked it at all. It was amazing I
swear I saw Fireworks flash before my eyes! I watched her sleep too. She said something
about rainbows and how good I looked. Then I finally realized it. She was talking about my
skin! I can't believe I don't scare her. Then she said she loved me. An angle cannot love a
monster can it? After she said she loved me moaning it like she did, I-" Edward lunged for
the diary. Rosalie and Alice were in hysterics. I was so ashamed. Bella had her face down
red as ever. "Emmet give me the diary!" Emmet let out a booming laugh and then…
"Jazzy, why am I gonna yell at you for taking something out of my room?" Uh-oh.
