As always, Law and Order SVU does not belong to me, it belongs to a very lucky guy called Dick Wolf.
Casey left McCoy's office more pissed than when she was in hearing him giving her an attitude. "I know who the fuck told him about Saul Picard and it isn't Judge Bradley!"
She walked through the corridors of the 10th floor almost in a heart beat, fearing that she would kick somebody's ass if they even talked to her.
"Olivia didn't have the right to come to my superior and tell something I did in court! Who the hell does she think she is?"
They had issues because of this case but Casey thought these issues were caused because she cross-examinated Elliot and made Picard sound innocent, just that. She didn't think Olivia had taken this so much personal that she would talk to McCoy.
"And what a bastard he is! What a damn hypocrite! Kept talking about not making the defense's job but he did that more than once. He always did what he thought it was right and now he's saying that I should behave myself? What the fuck is this?"
She kept walking and realized she was already in her office and walking in circles. Her hands went to her desk mechanically and took the picture that was next to a book. The memories became more vivid while she looked more and more at the picture.
- Noo! Charlie, stop with that! Noo! Stoop! – A younger Casey was rolling on the floor and laughing like she was a little child.
- You like that, I know! – He laid on her side and stopped laughing gradually. They were in his uncle's farm, somewhere in Ireland. – Casey, whatever happens, will you stay with me?
- What are you talking about?! – She asked surprised.
- I just wanna know… I'm sick and you know it. I just don't know how long I'm gonna be able to keep my cool.
- Charlie, stop with that… I'll never abandon you. Never.
- Thanks for being on my side. – he kissed her cheek.
The memories were fully painful and she just threw up the picture on the garbage. She abandoned him when he most needed. She did everything wrong for him.
"To the hell with this, I'm gonna abandon this damn office too. I can't take anymore. I just CAN'T."
