1). Never state that a pirate is a better lover during intercourse. You will hurt the marine's ego. That is bad. You don't want to start a war, do you?.
2). If the marine grudgingly does as you ask, while muttering about how annoying pirates can be, just smile and take it. Picture them as a cute, large white bear who hides behind a macho mask.
3). Teasing them a couple of times is allowed, but don't do it in front of their men. You need to show that pirates can have manners too. And that they aren't heartless enough to embarrass the one they love.
4). Try to understand and respect them personally as a marine, and they will do the same to you. It could even be a step towards world peace, you know.
5). Lastly, you really need to be patient when some of your marine's friends don't like you. What else do you expect? You're a pirate. Life proud and be proud as a pirate. Remember, there's a good reason why they call this the Pirate Era, and not the Marine Era.
