Hi everybody. I've got another story for y'all. I'm really exited for this one and I really hope you like it. It's different from what you typically find and maybe a little weird. Oh well, like it, hate it, tell me.

Lord Elrond looked down at the beautiful being that laid before him. He never would have thought this was possible. He thought it was a myth, a legend, something that would never happen. But here it was, real as he was. Her beautiful blue eyes turned to him and she giggled, unaware of his amazement.

"How could it even happen?" One of his servants wonderd out loud. "Where are her parents? Why would they jus-"

"The child has no parents." Legolas, Prince of Mirkwood stepped forward and let his hand down near the child.

"You've all heard the stories, she was given from the trees, born of nature itself. She is special."

Yes, it was true, the child had been given to them, cradled in the branches of trees, as they waited for the elves to take her. The servant, however, was not satisfied;

"But what is she? Elf? Hobbit? Human?"

It was a question that floated through all their heads, the girl had ears that were, well, like a hobbits. But her feet were small, tiny even. And she had straight, long, brown hair. Her eyes were icy blue, something they'd never seen before. She wasn't exactly tall, then, they all realized it at once.

"Is she- well, part, of- um… everything? I mean, part dwarf, elf, hobbit, and human?"

Lord Elrond smiled and picked up the child. "It appears so."

Lord Elrond new that somehow, he would have to keep this child safe, and prepare her for the day that she must do the impossible.

Again, Something very different. This was basically a prolouge, so I will try to update soon. Hope y'all liked it!
