Hey people. This is just a random one-shot. The key word being random. ^__~
Summary: Yugi's a perfectly sweet innocent kid all the time right? Wrong.

"Yugi!' his grandfather called up the stairs.
"What?!" The teen bitterly yelled from his room. "Is my coffee ready yet?"
"Almost, but if you don't hurry up you'll be later for school." Solomon went into the kitchen and started pouring the black liquid into a cup. A slam was heard from upstairs. Yami, who was awake and out of the Puzzle for once that morning, cocked his head in confusion.
"What's going on with Yugi?" The old man chuckled.
"Yugi just hasn't had his coffee yet. He'll be in a better mood after the first sip." Loud footsteps came stomping down the stairs.
"Good morning Yugi." Yami said pleasantly. He was taken back by the glare he received from his hikari.
"Shut up Yami!" He snapped irritably.
"Yugi, apologize to Yami or I won't give you any coffee today." Grandpa warned. Yugi narrowed his usually kind and gentle eyes.
"I'm sorry Yami." He mumbled then reached out his hand towards Solomon, who quickly put a mug in it. The young teen drank it quickly and smiled innocently as usual, all signs of unhappiness gone.
"Bye Yami! Bye Grandpa! Have a nice time while I'm at school!" With that, he ran out the door, grinning broadly.
Yami stared after him, clearly confused. Solomon started sweeping. While he wasn't looking, the ancient spirit poured himself a cup and took a sip. He immediately understood why Yugi was so addicted to the heated black drink.
"Yum...Coffee.." He thought.
