Just a super-short drabble that I came up with...
I don't own Death Note, as much as I'd like to.
"Yagami-kun…"
Light turned sharply from the laptop screen he had been focusing on to see L return to the room from his bathroom break.
L had that kind of voice, that kind of look that told Light he was about to be interrogated.
"Yeah?" Light gulped.
"Did you eat the last donut?"
Ah yes, Misa had brought them a dozen donuts as a treat.
"Yes…"
L silently strode to his chair and sat down, turning to his own laptop. Light let out a sigh, thinking he was off the hook.
"Sixty-six percent," L said, still staring at his laptop.
"Wh-what!"
