Guess what. It's Sydney. She's on overtime and someone crazy is messing with her. – Izuki Shun

"Oh my gosh gosh abelgosh." Sydney muttered as she saw her senior, Izuki Shun operating on her patient. As she was the attending physician of the young girl, Izuki is the attending surgeon.

"What's this, Fujisaki? Working overtime?" Shintaro, a fellow doctor entered the viewing room.

"A bit, yeah. Tadahiro Fukuda's getting operated on the lungs today."

"Aren't you on assist?"

"If it was still in the early morning, I can. But it's already late, and I'm already out, so yeah, can't assist but I can still monitor." Shintaro frowned then crossed his arms. "Is Juniel alone in your café tonight? I tolerate guys who look at her."

"I hired a new manager, and didn't Juniel tell you that her performance is different today?" Shintaro looked at her with intent. "What the hell do you mean?"

"If I'm correct, tonight's the Sexy night." Shintaro's eyes widened with shock. "WHAT?!"

"Oh my God, my poor, beautiful eardrums. Yes, tonight, she's gonna sing and dance Expectation, Confused and Miniskirt with some other dancers – Oh where did he go?" That hormonal jerk. Sydney thought as she chuckled a bit.

"Izuki-san, there's hemorrhage." Sydney said.

"Oh?! Tissue, please."

And the surgery ended. Sydney sat by the bench outside the hospital. Unknown to the young doctor, a patient who looks like from the psychiatric ward keeps following her. Izuki, who came out from the hospital seconds ago, noticed this immediately, and texted Murasakibara.

Izuki: Hey Murasakibara WTH are you?

Murasakibara: I'm only human

Izuki: Guess what. It's Sydney. She's on overtime and someone crazy is messing with her.

Murasakibara: I'm on my way.

Murasakibara, a tall purple-head gourmet chef wasn't kidding at all. In a matter of minutes, he arrived in front of the hospital. At that moment, the psychiatric patient was sitting next to Sydney and he was holding her hand.

"Hey Sydney!" Sydney, looking obviously relieved that her tall boyfriend came, beamed a flashy smile.

"Atsushi~! Oh, Mr. Kakemura, please go back to your room."

"Ye-Yes.." Murasakibara pulled Sydney as he placed his hand at her waist. "Let's go BABE." Murasakibara said, giving emphasis to the endearment.

"My god, Atsushi, cut that out!" Murasakibara opened the car's door and pushed Sydney inside the car.

Murasakibara glared at Sydney. "You look pissed. Why?" Sydney asked the purple-head.

"I can't believe that cheating on me for that patient!"

"He's the one who came closer –" And he shut his girlfriend up by kissing her with passion. When he felt like he needed air, he broke the kiss.

"But you're mine!"

"I'm always yours, idiot!"

"I love you Sydney Fujisaki. We should get married so that I can finally kiss you very very deep."

"Shut up. I love you too but that proposal 'aint romantic enough."

"Oh? Okay. I'll think of something good then."

Meanwhile at the hospital…

"Nice job Kuroko!"

"But seriously, senpai, if Murasakibara-kun finds out about it, my death is well secured."

"Nah! Don't worry 'bout it! He won't find out about it if you go to America immediately!" Izuki gave Kuroko a high-five then smiled brightly. Suddenly, someone whacked him with a paper fan.

"My God, Shun! You're too crazy!" Said another doctor who is known by the name Samuelle Lee.

So yeah, It's short, a bit cameo from Kuroko, Midorima, Izuki, and another OC named Samuelle. Hehehe. So who's gonna be next? Is this the start of the 'Generation of Girlfriends'? Joke. Hahaha.
