Hey this iris Jay...again ^_^. I wrote this story when I was 13 so it has a lot of mistakes and plot holes in it. So this can be considered the revised version. Hope you enjoy.

CHAPTER 1

In konoha there are so many beautiful areas such as parks, mountains, hills and so much more, but our story begins in a house at night. In this house we find a woman in the kitchen leaning on the counter looking at the clock every few minutes. She was waiting, worried for her family-and someone else-to come home.

Suki: "when are they coming back *sigh*"." When are those idiots going to get here. The children should be coming anytime now"

She moved to the living room to watch TV when her legs got tired of standing, but unknown to her she was being watched. As she was watching TV lost in thought she heard a sudden noise coming from outside the house making her heart jump in fear. She opened the door thinking one of the children was home…..

(Creepy narrator voice): It wasn't them….

Suki: "hey welcAHHHHH!"

She screamed at the two men aiming a gun at her face .

Suki: "what tha F*#k you idiots, you almost scared me to death. Remove your shoes when you come inside you fools, what took you so long to get here"

"got you" sam said laughing while he went into the house (he's a 5'7 buff man with medium length platinum blonde hair with brown eyes).

"well sorry, we have lives you know" dustin said while walking through the door. ( he's a 5'10 lanky but muscular man with a scar above his eyebrow. He has black short hair and light brown eyes).

" whatever just do what you're paid to do and leave before they come" said Suki before walking to the living room to continue watching TV.

"Aren't you going to help, this concerns you a hole lot more than it concerns us" said Sam while looking at Suki walk away.

-Silence-

"Seriously..." Sam said huffing noticing he had just been ignored.

"If you don't get up, we will just take what we came for without helping you and leave" he said threateningly.

"Fine, I'll help. GOD!" Suki said finally getting off the couch after switching off the TV.

While suki and sam where arguing dusting was going around the house looking around to see if anyone was coming. When they finally finished their argument, they finally started doing what they came there to do.

Dustin and sam went around the house taking all the valuables they could see and putting them in a bag.

While they were doing that suki was in the living room pushing and breaking things to make it look like a fight happened. When she was finished whith doing that she sat on the cough to wait. After five minutes the men walk back to the living room with a big bag.

"we got what looked valuable but we didn't see much money around the house" Sam said looking at Suki.

"yeah you said that you where rich, where did he hide all the money" said Dustin also looking at suki

"look ill pay you after the jobs done, now all that's left to do is to tie me up, shoot me then leave the gun under hinata's bed"

"which room was it" said sam looking around.

"second door to the right" Suki said while gesturing to the door

"okay. Lets go, the sooner we finish the sooner we can leave" said Dustin while walking towards the door.

The two men went to hinata's room and put the gun inside hinata's throw pillows on her bed, after doing that they kept some of the items hidden in different parts of her room. When they were done they went back to the living room.

"We're finished. All that's left is to tie you up. Suki sit in the chair" said Sam while grabbing Suki and pushing her into one of the wooden dining chairs.

Then sam and dustin tied her up with duck tape.

"Where's the gun you want to shoot me with dufus. You've already hid it in hinata's room" said suki.

"Relax, we have another gun " said sam.

"brace yourself this is going to hurt." Dustin said as he aimed the gun at her shoulder.

" just do it. Make sure you shoot me in a place that won't make me die quickly, don't make a mistake" she said looking away from Dustin, bracing herself for the pain.

"I know b!t*h. That's why I'm aiming for your shoulder. Don't make me purposely miss" said Dustin

Before she could say her reply !BANG!. He shot her

"Let's go before the police get here, a neighbor could have heard the gunshot" Sam said walking towards the door with the bag of some of the items.

"Shouldn't we make sure that we didn't leave things behind" said Dustin still in the living room.

"We didn't leave anything. Let's go before the family or the police come" Sam said trying to assure Dustin so they could leave.

"Fine" said Dustin moving towards the door.

They left the house with the items unknowingly leaving a small but important piece of evidence behind. (I won't tell you what it is ^_^)

After ten or so minutes passed, hinata came home. She knocked on the door but no one answered. After waiting a few seconds she tried opening the door by turning the door knob. Finding out that the door was open already she pushed it wide enough for her to walk inside only to see her STEP-MOTHER on one of the dining chairs... blood spilling into her clothes from her shoulder.

(Hinatas point of view)

"SUKI!"

I ran to suki and started shaking her. She wasn't responding. I pulled out my phone and called an ambulance. After telling the hospital my address and the situation, all I could do was wait for them to come while putting pressure on the wound to stop it from bleeding.

The next hour was a took the ambulance 15 minutes to come, while they were administring first aid to suki, neji arrived so he went with them while i stayed back. After they had taken suki to the hospital i was alone in the house in a daze until my family came home.

After about 30 minutes my dad came into the living room with my little sister hanabi. They were shocked to see me in a pool of blood on the floor. Thinking it was mine, it took a few minutes for them to calm down enough for me to explain what happened to him. Since neji went with the ambulance, my dad decided we should rest and go to the hospital tomorrow.

-the next day(narrators pov)-

The next day hinata and her family went to the hospital to see neji and suki. After filling in all the papers required they went to her room. On getting to her room they saw neji sitting next to her bed. Since she was still high on morphine they asked neji how she was.

"she's fine. The doctors say that they got to her just in time" said neji sitting up straight in his chair noticing Hiashi's presence.

"Thank God. Neji we should go home and rest, we will come back later"

When they got back home they saw two police cars packed around their house. When they got in they were told by a police officer that they where to be brought for questioning.

After long hours being questioned they were told to stay in a waiting room. After waiting for more hours a police officer came in through the doors and said they could go home , since they were going to question suki next.

After they all got home they did their routines in a daze. By evening the police came to the house. Since everyone else was either busy or didnt hear the door hinata came to open the door.

After she said her name she was suddenly pushed into the door frame and handcuffed. She screamed in confusion which alerted her family. Everyone came out to find out what was happening and were shocked to see hinata handcuffed.

After getting over their shocl, one by one each of them started asking why they handcuffed her. The police responded by saying that she was being arrested for the attempted murder of suki hyuga. Dumbstruck, it took her family a few seconds before they started screaming retorts but they were quickly stunned into silence once again when the policemen said that that was who suki said shot her.

Her and her family started shouting that they had to confirm this with suki before detaining hinata. Once the policemen and her family agreed they took hinata to the station while her family went to the hospital to talk to suki. When questioned suki told them what happened- not without twisting the story- that night .

Sadly after crying and making false accusations Hiashi believed her because hinata and suki NEVER got along together and accepted her story. After she finished crying-lying- they set a court date for the case for Sunday.

-SUNDAY-

"from all the evidence put forth, you hinata hyuga are going to juvie for 2 years." Said the judge dismissively while looking at the court.

"WHAT NO IM INNOCENT!" shocked hinata could only scream.

"court dismissed. Take her away…." Said the judge already walking out of the court.

When the guards came to take her, she started screaming she was innocent. It didn't matter because the guards took her to a bus with other teenage girls and drove to the institution. Through out the ride hinata went through different emotions ranging from shock, anger, sadness until she settled on fear when the bus arrived at the institution.

After all the girls had gotten off the bus, they where each taken to a sort of administrative office to be sorted into their rooms. They each had roommates that were detained for the same type of offence, it was a chance at a sick form of bonding courtesy of the institution. Each girl was given the basic supplies and escorted to their rooms.

-In hinatas cell-

After they dropped her in the room she was still in a daze, not quite believing-or not willing to believe- that she was there. When she finally shaped out of her daze she noticed there was someone else in the room.

Scared, she moved towards the bed that was unoccupied. The person in the room got up and moved towards her and decided to introduced themselves

"hey, I'm Tenten. What's your name" the brown haired girl said to hinata.

"I'm hinata…so….your also here for attempted murder" hinata said hesitantly not sure if she should bring it up casually or not.

"yeah, people think I tried to my mother ... purposely" tenten said nonchalantly

"did you"

"sorta, I wasn't trying to kill her I just wanted to beat her up a little bit. What about you" tenten said looking at hinata.

"my step-monster accused me of trying to kill her" said hinata looking down.

Tenten: "why"

"cause I saw her getting fucked by several men" hinata said while scoffing.

"whoa, she did all that just because you found out she's a wanton slut."

"yeah, but I'm over that. I always knew my dad didn't like me but If my dad can believe that slut over his own daughter, then they deserve each other." Hinata said looking at tenten before looking away

Tenten walked towards hinata saying

"well... look on the bright side, at least its 2 years not four like mine. When you get out of this hell hole you can have your revenge on her" tenten said patting her shoulder before moving back towards her bed to lay down.
