Shaking, a naruto fanfic

Chapter 1:

"i'm searching for a change of pace..."

"I can't believe that slut!" Tenten shrieked, "How dare she! I can't believe her! I can't believe him!"

I could only sigh heavily and clasp my hands over my ears as my best friend began ranting at the top of her lungs. I had tried to calm her down before but that only made things even worse. Honestly, I can't blame her, even if my ears are close to bleeding. You see, a few moments ago we caught her boyfriend, Neji with his tongue shoved down another girl's throat.

I jumped in surprise as Tenten burst out in tears, "H-h-hey! D-don't cry!"

"How can I not?!" She exclaimed, "My boyfriend just cheated me with that stupid Ino Yamanaka!"

Ah, yes. Ino Yamanaka. Labeled as Konoha University's resident slut and 'most likely get knocked-up before marriage'. She's practically the cause of half of the break-ups in KU, or so they say. She also happens to be my roommate.

"I hate her! I hate her! I HATE HER!"

I sigh once more and pull a pillow over my head as she begins to rant once more.

"trying to pull away all these names.."

She frowns deeply, "What are you glaring at me for?"

"You realize" I begin, "That this is all you fault, don't you?"

Her frown is replaced with a sickenly sweet smile, "I don't know what you're talking about, love" She says, her voice just as sweet.

I feel like puking at her tone. I grimace, "Enough with that shit, Ino" I tell her, "Why are you doing this to me? Don't you know what it's doing to me? It makes me...It makes me..."

"Jealous?" She suggests as she nears me.

I gave her a look of incredulity, "What...? No! Of course not! No!"

My breath hitched as moves her hands over my arms, from there she travels up. My shoulder until she reached my neck. Her face is near me. So near, I can feel her breath against my lips. She has this glint in her eyes, and I don't like it.

"Sa-ku-ra" She coos, every syllable rolling off her tongue perfectly. "Are you sure?"

Her voice is low and sultry. It makes me shiver.

"...y-yes..."

No.

She leans forward and captures my lips in a heated kiss. I moan softly as I deepen the kiss, my hands traveling around her waist. When we pull away, her eyes are heavy with lust and I have to take a moment to breathe.

"What do you feel about me?" She asks.

"I hate you"

I love you.

She smiles in content as she kisses me again.

I know, though, that tomorrow she'll act like nothing happened between us. Tomorrow, I'll pretend to hate her along with the rest of my friends just so they won't be suspicious, just so she won't be suspicious. Tomorrow, she'll be in some guy's arms, snogging away whilst I'll be stuck with a bitter taste on my tongue, wishing I could be that guy.

I know it's pretty short but if ever you all will like it, and you'd want me to continue this, I'll try my best to make the second chapter longer. :D Okiez? Anyways, the song that's used in this chapter and will probably be used until the last is called "Shaking" by Sugarcult. It's a very nice song, one of my favorites actually. I highly recommend it.
