Ben and Phil could barely believe their eyes.
On the closed-circuit television, Mike had just smacked Paul in the head. The attorney responded with a blow to Mike's jaw, and the fight escalated. In no time, the men were down on the sidewalk pummeling one another.
"Mike! Mike!" Phil yelled, running out into the street. Ben followed him.
"I said, give me back my coat!" Mike shouted between punches.
"No way!" Paul responded, getting in a few jabs of his own.
It took Ben and Phil several minutes, but they'd separated their partners. Mike had his coat back, as well as a bloody nose.
"Better watch out," Mike said to Ben. "Next thing, he'll be trying to take your suspenders."
