Haircut
"Whoa." was all Anna could say when she saw Kristoff's haircut.
"Do you like it?" He asked, running a hand through his now shortened blonde locks. "Does it look bad?"
"…"
"Are you hesitating on purpose? Is this payback for that time I hesitated?" He questioned the princess, somewhat jokingly. After the whole journey and bringing back summer, she (and occasionally Olaf) has never let him live it down since.
"No, Kristoff." She answered with a smile, shaking her head. "It looks fine." She placed her hand on his hair and pleased to find out that it was still as soft as it was before.
"Really?" He raised a brow.
"Really. It's different."
"How so?"
"It's a good different."
"There's a good different?"
"Yes, there is."
"Am I still your valiant pungent reindeer king?"
"Yes, you are. Am I still your feisty pants?"
"Yes, you are."
"That's nice to hear." The freckled princess grinned before yanking the tall ice-harvester down by the collar and pulling him in for a sweet kiss which he happily returned.
I wanted to write a little drabble like this after watching the season 4 premiere of Once Upon a Time and hearing Anna tell Elsa about Kristoff cutting his hair before the wedding (minor little spoiler).
Hopefully I wrote the characters in character and do them justice.
