Summary: Konoha was a small village hidden amongst a vast forest earning itself the nick name the village hidden in the leaves. It was a very peaceful village until one monster threatens to destroy that peace. A demon from the book of Zeref but not just any demon it was one of Zeref's Top Nine demons that were dubbed the Bijuu due to their many tails. To save the village Minato Namikaze the mayor decides to use a self-sacrificing curse to seal the demon into his son. This is his story.
Konohagure no sato was a small village situated deep within the confides of a large thick forest. It was a peaceful day as always, and the villagers and mages were currently in the middle of their daily activities.
Although the village was a gold mine for ancient magics and forbidden techniques due to them possessing the forbidden scroll, no one dared to attack them. Not when they had people like Minato Namikaze, a mage known world-wide for his teleportation magic and rune knowledge, Kakashi Hatake a prodigy lighting user who made S-class at the insanely young age of 13 and Itachi Uchiha, a mage who was well renowned for his illusions. There is also a rumor that he has an illusion that is so powerful it can change your perception of time itself! To the average onlooker it would appear to be a small village that seemed to have a peaceful, relaxing aura.
Appearances can be very deceiving
To the more experienced eye however they would easily notice the slightly tense atmosphere and how the villager's eyes would get a somewhat worried expression as they gazed sadly at their children. They seemed fearful of the future, but with good reason too.
One of the Bijuu, Zeref's elite demons were roaming the forest near Konoha, and if that isn't scary enough it walked with purpose as it headed slowly towards the village hidden in the leaves.

Mianto Namikaze always prided himself in his ability to look at the bright side of things, and his skill in runes, but now hunched over his desk in the mayor's office tearing at his blonde locks as he dejectedly looked at the series of runes he was working on his eyes displaying incredible amounts of worry he couldn't think of a single positive thing. In five days the Kyuubi would most likely be at the village gates if it continued at the rate it had been going at for the time being. He remembered the terrified looks on his Mage's face's as they ran into his office 3 days ago.
(FLASH BACK)
Minato sat at his desk with a content smile on his face. He had recently been promoted to Mayor of the village, a position he and his wife had both been wanting when they were children. His wife was pregnant and was due in 8 days too! He couldn't help but smile wider at the very thought of his child. 'What would he look like?' It was then that two of his mages ran into the large office with pale, horror-stricken faces.
"Mayor-sama, we have spotted something truly terrifying!" they yelled out in unison their eyes shut tightly as if they had just had a bad dream.
"Do tell, what is this terrifying thing?" Minato said leaning forward rapt with attention. 'what could it be? A dark guild? A dead body? I'm pretty sure the slave tower I've been informed was being built was only just beginning. This is very worrisome.'
The men gulped loudly before steeling themselves. "We have spotted a monster! It was very large and looked like some kind of humanoid fox with nine tails!"
'Nine tails? Why does that sound so familiar?' Minato quickly opened his desk drawer taking out a small brown leather book which had the words DEMON on it in gold print. He quickly went through the pages before stopping after seeing its name in a short entree. Name: Kyuubu no yoko, Power: AA (Above Acnogolia) Recommended course of action if spotted: GET OUT OF WERE YOU ARE IMMEDIATELY!
(FLASH BACK END)
Most people would run, most people would hide but not him dammit, he was the mayor for crying out loud! He was going to stop that beast no matter the cost. Sadly, his thoughts drifted to his pregnant wife, and their unborn child. Not even a day old and he wad already going to be forced with a large responsibility. Being the vessel for the Kyuubi no yoko. The strongest of Zeref's creations.
XXX (3 DAYS LATER)
So far everything had been going as expected, his wife Kushina had given birth to their son Naruto, and now they were going to be faced with the task that had been plaguing everyone's mind since it was enounced that the Kyuubi no yoko was coming towards the village. Currently the blonde mayor was up on the roof of one of the many buildings in the village with a small orange bundle in his arms staring at the approaching demon with icy blue eyes. It had destroyed nearly 3 quarters of the once happy village that now had a depressing aura. He ran to the demon clutching Naruto close to himself leaping from building to building towards the massive beast before with one large leap he jumped up to the monster so he was in front of its eyes. He wrote some runes on his child's stomach still in the air as he finished them with a yell of
"Shiki fui- OOFF!"
The fourth mayor was sent flying away and onto the roof of an apartment by a strong kick sent to him by a man in a black cloak wearing a yellow mask with a sideways flame like design leading to a single eye hole that showed a deep red eye with three coma swirling lazily around the man's pupil.
"Lord fourth. Your fight is with me"
Minato let out an involuntary shiver at the icy emotionless look in his eye that looked like it could freeze hell over. 'Dammit I have no time for this!' he thought as he threw a three-pronged kunai at the man who just stayed still as the knife passed harmlessly through his body.
"That's disappointing. I expected more from you." He said as he began to walk away slowly before Minato spoke up.
"Wait, you aren't going to make a move?"
"I already have" was his response. Seconds later he noticed the exploding lacrima inside of Naruto's swaddle which he quickly teleported to one of his hide-outs in the forest which exploded with a loud
*BOOM*
Minato winced slightly at the noise. The explosion went of several miles away from the village, but the noise made by it was so loud it felt like it went off right in front of him. 'That was close! That would have surely decimated a large chunk of the village!'
The masked made let out an amused chuckle as he turned to face Minato. "I see your reputation is lived up to" he spoke his voice laced with mirth as he walked towards the crouching mayor.
"I can see that teleporting that far has drained your energy, MAYOR-SAMA, let's test how much you can teleport."
The masked man snapped his fingers and, in an instant the Kyuubi froze up before turning to face Minato and Naruto as it absorbed negative and positive ethernando from the air around the village forming a dark purple orb in its mouth.
"BIJUU-DAMA!"
It yelled out as it shot the ball at Minto who put his right hand forward at the ball keeping his left arm wrapped around Naruto protectively as a yellow magic circle appeared in Minato's hand.
"I won't let you destroy the village!"
The attack got absorbed by the magic circle before a similar circle appeared behind the Kyuubi spitting the bijuu-dama out and right at the Kyuubi's head. In the mean-time Minato rushed at the masked man who gave Minato his undivided attention.
*BOOM*
The attack had hit the Kyuubi, confirming Minato's suspicions.
'The Kyuubi could have dodged that easily, but it didn't do a thing when I had gotten the masked mans attention. It's under control and the control seems to be manual too. This makes things MUCH easier.'
Minato threw a fast round house kick at the masked man that just went through his body.
"It will take more than that to beat me"
The masked man grabbed Minato's leg and made a motion to throw him up. What he didn't notice was that Minato had placed one of his markers on his back. Minato flipped in the air landing on his feet.
'Part one of the plan complete. Now I just need to get the Kyuubi out of his control.'
Minato dashed at the masked man again forming an orb of blue energy in his hand. "RASENGAN!"
Just as the masked man grabbed his wrist to throw him away again, Minato teleported to the marker he had left on his back and slammed the ball into the masked man throwing him off the building and through a large glass window in the neighboring apartment high-rise.
'Now that he has been taken care of, I've got to get the Nine-Tails out of the village somehow.'
Minato mulled over his options as he slowly rocked the now crying baby in his arms. Minato was a realistic person. He knew that he couldn't move the Kyuubi. He wasn't sure anyone could move the beast other than the Kyuubi itself.
'wait. That could actually work!'
Quickly grabbing a communication lacrima from his pocket he waited intently as the form of Itachi Uchiha made its way onto the bluescreen.
"Itachi, I need you to cast an illusion on the Kyuubi to move it out of village."
"Sure, I'll be there in a minute."
Minato put the lacrima phone back into his pocket as he quickly examined the runes on his son's stomach. 'Good everything will be alright soon.'
He quickly ran across the roof tops building to building to where his wife was hidden in their house. Once inside he quickly laid Naruto down in his crib leaving a flying raijin marker on him before gently waking his wife up.
"Kushina we need to go, the nine-tails is here."
Kushina quickly sprang into action jumping out the window in a rushed frenzy.
"I know what I've got to do" She shouted behind her not even waiting to make sure Minato herd her as she disappeared into the roof tops.
Minato leaped up after his wife and to the Kyuubi in time to see Itachi finnish casting his illusion.
"Lord fourth, it's done."
"Good work Itachi." Minato said as he along with his wife and Itachi followed the Kyuubi as it walked out of the torn village and into the barren and charred forest that was once buzzing, filled to the very brim with plants and animals.
Seen they entered a large empty clearing were Itachi commanded the Bijuu to stop moving.
Kushina jumped down from the tree they were perched in an and down to the ground with a small thump, as she began wrap the Kyuubi with golden chains that were coming out of he hands, and shoulders with her chain-make magic.
Once the Bijuu was restrained Minato quickly jumped down landing beside her wife who was now in tears.
"Don't worry Kushina, it will all be okay" Minato spoke in a soft caring tone turning his head to face his wife.
"It's not me I'm worried about I'm worried for Naruto. This is the first time a demon has been sealed into a person. What will happen?"
"I'm not sure but I'm sure it'll all be okay in the end. Naruto's strong. After all he is the son of the fourth mayor of Konoha"
Kushina let out a small chuckle at the remark letting a small smile play on her lips.
"I hope so. I hope so."
Minato teleported Naruto inside of a small alter beside him as he began to write runes while watching the Kyuubi struggle within the confides of the chains. Itachi had recently dropped the illusion as it wasn't needed anymore and was now looking at the beast in a battle stance a few meters in front of Minato prepared to give his life to protect his Mayor. The Kyuubi let out a monstrous roar as it thrashed futilely waving its hands around.
"ROAR"
It let out a mighty breath attack throwing Minato, and Kushina away and into the trees before capitalizing on the fact that the grip Kushina's chains had on him had loosed he thrust his arm forward stabbing both Minato, and Kushina with his nail watching satisfied as large amounts of blood trickled down their mouths as Itachi ran to them propping them up to a sitting position in front of the alter holding Naruto.
Kushina let out a small sad smile looking at Naruto's sleeping form.
"Naruto...
dont be picky about your food, eat lots so you can grow big. Take a bath everyday and stay warm and dont stay up late at night, you need your sleep. Make friends,
you dont need a lot of them, just a few you can trust. I'm not one to talk but do your best in school and magic. Everyone has their own strength and weaknesses,
so don't feel down if you're not good at something. Respect you teachers and seniors and don't forget the three mage vices. Be especially careful when lending or borrowing money, make sure to save the money from missions. Don't drink alcohol till you're 20, drinking too much is bad for your health so drink moderatly and as for women I am a woman myself so I don't know much about this but
there are only men and women in this world, so it's okay if you become
interested in women, but don't go after the bad ones, find someone like your mom. Speaking of vices watch out for Jiriya sensei ya know! Naruto you will feel alot of pain and suffering in your life, believe in yourself, believe in your dreams,
and believe that your dreams will come true! There's many, many, many, many, many more things I want to share with you. I wish I could stay with you longer.
...I love you...! I'm sorry Minato i spoke for too long..."
Kushina coughed out a bit of blood as her voice died in her mouth.
Minato chuckled slightly. It wasn't filled with joy or anything. It sounded hollow, and full of regret.
"Don't worry. Naruto my advice for you as your father is everything your chatty mother just said… I'm sorry… For everything."
"SHIKI FUIN!"
Minato and Kushina hit the ground lifeless as the kyuubi shrunk as it was absorbed into Naruto's body.
Tears feel from Itachi's eyes as his blood red sharingan eyes span slowly before quickly gaining speed as the 3 coma design morphed into the shape of a thin black pinwheel before slowing down as Itachi made two shadow clones one to hold Minato's body and one to hold Kushina's as he walked to the village blood trickling down his eyes as he held Naruto close to his chest.
XXX 12 YEARS LATER
Walking across the streets of Fiore were Itachi Uchiha and Naruto Namikaze who was currently making his displeasure of having to read known as he waved his hands around frantically causing a scene much to Itachi's visible displeasure.
"Who cares about some suicidal dark mage! I bet I could kick his dead ass righ now! dattebayo!"
Itachi sighed heavily face palming as they walked into a small restaurant. It was filled to the brim with tables and stools and was illuminated by small orange lanterns handing from the roof.
"Ichiraku ramen" Naruto yelled out with glee catching the attention of the other customers.
Naruto Namikaze was a 12 year old boy of average height who had spikey blonde hair which he kept up with a black headband that had a blanc metal plate on it. His tan face was framed by two spikey bangs that went up to his chin, and his azure blue eyes sparkled with mischief. His most prominent feature however where the six whisker like markings that adorned his cheeks, and his large face splitting grin. He was wearing a black fish net shirt with a burnt orange short sleeved coat over it which had a large red swirl on the back. He was wearing finder less gloves, form fitting pants, and open toed combat boots.
"I would like the Naruto special!" he yelled out with his cheeky grin still present.
Ayame, and Teuchi sighed. They were the shops owners and very close friends with the blonde who had fallen in love with their ramen when he was 6. Ever since then he had been coming every day demanding a "Naruto special"
Ayame smiled at his antics. It was a regular occurrence. "Naruto there is no Naruto special. You of all people should know that."
"Well than I'll just keep asking until you guys invent one!" Naruto said happily as he sat down on one of the many stools with Itachi and eventually ordered the miso ramen as usual.
When they were finally seated and had their ramen Itachi decided that he might as well capitalize on the fact that they now had a chance to relax to teach Naruto a bit. When it came to history the blonde was hopeless resulting in Itachi often having to trick him into learning.
"Naruto, would you like to become a strong mage?"
Naruto grinned happily, and opened his mouth to talk.
'Hook, line, and sinker' Itachi thought while keeping his face neutral as he blowed softy on his ramen. Naruto was done with 8 bowls already and they were in a large stack beside the whiskered teen.
Itachi swore he could feel his wallet silently crying at the abuse it had to go through to satisfy Naruto's intense need for ramen.
"Of, course I want to be a strong mage! Just like my Tou-san was! His magic was a bit boring though. He used just runes I think."
Naruto held a thought full expression for a moment before he continued.
"I want a strong, and cool looking magic. You only teach me boring stuff no cool spells. I don't even know a little of your magic. I want something like… Fire make or something that can blow things up and stuff!"
Itachi sighed. "I use illusion magic. More specifically eye illusion magic. It requires patience and focus that you simply don't have. Your attention span is worse than a flea's.
Naruto shook his fist growing several tick marks as his face twisted into a look of pure undiluted rage. "Hey I have plenty of patience ya know!"
Itachi raised an amused eye brow at this declaration. "Really? Then what was I trying to teach you before we went to eat ramen?"
Naruto laughed slamming his fists down hard on the table making the tower of ramen bowls beside him wobble much to the worry of Itachi.
"that's easy! We were talking about this suicidal man who looks like he just got toilet trained! What was he called again? Zeemef? Yeah um, Zeemef. He looks my age how could he have been that strong? He doesn't look like a dark mage! He looks like someone trying to be emo but failing horribly."
"Maybe but he has left a big impact on the world. His demons still roam the earth." Itachi pointed to the runes on Narutos stomach that were covered but visible due to his fish net shirt.
"Meh whatever, he can kiss my ass for all I care." Naruto rubbed his stomach contently. He had eaten what? 15 bowls of ramen now.
Itachi smirked as they rose up from the table paid for their food and began to leave the restaurant. "So, you want a dead man to kiss your ass? I didn't know you were into that kind of thing Naruto."
"AHH!" Naruto yelled out as they exited the restaurant. "You got it all wrong!"
Chapter one done! Sorry it sucks but the story will pick up I promise. I will also be re writing a lot of things so expect to see some changes. Anyways I want to explain how some things work know.
Rasengan: Made my giving shape to raw ethernando. Basically, a ball of focused concentrated rotating ethernando. Hope that makes sense.
Sharingan: Still works the same way with some minor changes like instead of chakra being able to see how the ethernando in the air is moving. Will be elaborated on more later
Minato: Uses runes to teleport, rasengan, and energy make. He is Jose's level.
Obito: Can use Kamui an fire-make
Kakashi: Lightling-make
Itachi: Illousions, and fire-make
Jiraiya: Energy make, Senjutsu (Will be elaborated on later)
Kushina: Chain make
Naruto: Undesided he will also be able to use a bit of take over with Kyuubu definitely.
