Disclaimer: I don't own anything, so yeah…
P.S. Please, take whatever part of this very short story and expand, I beg of you. All I ask is for you to tell me, other then that, nothing else is needed!
P.P.S. This was part of a long Newsies dream I had, and it's the only part of the dream that makes even a little sense.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was Jack's fault; he believed that, no matter what his little sister, Jenny, tried to tell him afterwards. All he wanted was for his adopted mother to get him to the subway (train for all the Canadians out there) so he could go see his father, finally out of jail. The image of the afternoon's events couldn't stop playing in his mind.
"Mom! Let's go!"
"I'm coming Jack, hold on!"
Next thing Jack realized was the on coming collision, the force of his mom's car and what looked like a hippie van, something that came out of the show 'What's new Scooby-Doo'. After the collision, they skid across the road from each other. The car and the van we're the only ones on the road, but the only thing Jack could see was the white of the airbag.
"Jenny, Mom, are you guys ok? C'mon, let's get out of here!"
Jack ran out of the car and saw Jenny make it out, but where was mom? Jack ran the driver's side of the car. He opened the car door and saw his mother, unconscious and bleeding.
"Mom, hurry, the car is on fire, let's go! Mom? MOM…"
Jack took off her seatbelt and pulled her from the vehicle, blood all over his hands now. He placed her far from the accident and checked to see if she was breathing, nothing. He checked her pulse, totally still. Tears we're streaming from Jack's face as Jenny, maybe being younger, but much more sensible pulled her brother away from the scene.
"Come on Jack, let's find someone who knows what their doing."
Jack and Jenny walked over to the other vehicle that was in the accident, the 'hippie van'. When they got over there, they could see a whole group of boys streaming out of the van. Also billowing out of the van was grey smoke, and where there's smoke, there's fire. Jack walked over and came near to who seemed to be the boss, since he was the one helping everyone out.
"Come on, hurry it up boys, we's don't wanna have no injuries here today!"
The mystery boy had a strong New Yorker accent, he was short, and had dark brown hair.
"Can we help at all?"
The mystery boy turned around and gave Jack a look of disgust, and Jack was surprised to see it was… Racetrack!

Surprise surprise, I know! Strange dream, of course not all that dialogue was included, only that one phrase of Jenny's. Strange, ya well… hope you enjoyed, remember REVIEWS! Please, for the love … not going to finish that sentence… And remember you can take whatever you want from this story and expand, PLEASE DO! Only, just tell me, THANK YOU AND COME AGAIN SOOOOOOOOOON!
