Teardrops like a waterfall
Falling from the sky
Little girl in the corner
Doesn't know why
The world can be so cruel still she asks herself
"Why me? What did I do?"
While she cries alone
Covered in bruises and tears
She cries all night long
No one understands or listens
She hides her scars with long sleeves and pants
No one ever knows
When she turns 16 she finally leaves
She moves out on her own
With her own job and apartment
She still goes to school
Where she meets someone
They became friends
She finally gets the courage to tell him
About her childhood
He says he understands
He says his youth was the same
He says he left home when he was only 14
He said he lived with his older brother
Five years she holds her three-year-old in her arms
She cries tears of joy when she says her name
"Mommy!" she says enthusiastically
"What baby?" she says happily
"I wuv you mommy," she says smiling
"I love you too," she says as her husband comes in the room
Even after five years they are still together
She promises that the baby will have the childhood that she never had
And she knows that if she cries
It will be of joy
And her tears will never be
Teardrops like a waterfall
Falling from the sky

Lol I wrote this a while ago like a few days…I wrote it in one day…in like 20 minutes…lol…
So what do u think? Am I a good poet? I've already had one poem published and I'm getting another now...
I'm thinking of doing a few oneshots with the song If I Die Young
I have to get an MRI sometime…idk when though…im getting a C in math right now…lol
