It was a beautiful day in the Unova region. The blazing sun reflected magically on the clear water while it also warmed the lake. All of our heroes were taking a break from travelling and just having a day of kicking back and relaxing. Iris was splashing in the blue water with her pokemon partner, Axew and Ash's Scraggy. Brock, who was taking a break from studying to visit his best friend, was chopping the fruit collected by Iris to make a refreshing fruit salad. Sat in the shallow parts of the lake was Dawn. She was wearing a very tight lime bikini while working on her tan. Cilan was there to, chatting to his girlfriend as she played in the water.
Of course Ash was there too. Exhausted from swimming all day with Pikachu, he sat on the riverbank, panting and soaking wet. He sat just staring at his red headed best friend before him who was busy fishing for new pokemon friends. Misty glanced up at Ash and smiled, causing him to look away quick, blushing. Once she went back to what she was doing, Ash's eyes went back to her with a love struck expression on his face. He nibbled his lip in concentration. He was plotting something. Pikachu picked up on this almost instantly. The electric mouse nodded at his trainer, his yellow and black ears wobbling.
Ash frowned before suddenly getting inspiration. He leaped up and rocketed to the campsite. He returned after a few minutes, a piece of paper in his hands. Ash showed Pikachu briefly before jumping into the water. He swam expertly over to where Misty's special lure was. He grabbed it gently and attached his note to it. Ash then shot back to the side before Misty pulled in the lure. He sat chatting to Pikachu when suddenly Misty whooped.
'Yes!' she yelled. 'I think a pokemon is on the line!'
Without hesitation, Ash hopped into the water. He didn't want to be around if she got cross at the confession.
Misty reeled in her lure. Her face became confused as she caught sight of the note. Her heart rate increased rapidly as she read it. The messy writing said 'I love you.'
Who was it? Was it who she was hoping it was? Misty looked around at her friend's, ticking off the possibilities.
Cilan was in the middle of kissing Iris so it definitely was not him.
'Hm. It's definitely not Brock. He may be girl mad, but he's not a pedo.' Misty muttered to herself. 'Unless..?'
She glanced at the note before nodding her head. The handwriting gave it away. Misty suddenly noticed bubbles beneath the water. She grinned mischievously before diving in the water expertly, without making so much as a splash.
She caught sight of the teen boy. He was facing away from her and at the bottom of the lake. Misty snuck up on him before tugging his arm. Ash spun around alarmed, his face turning red. Before Ash could say anything, she pressed her body to his and kissed him passionately on the lips. They both kept on locking lips until they had to come up for air. The new couple continued pressing lips even when on show to everyone. Cilan and Iris grinned at each other while Dawn tutted as she filed her nails. Suddenly Brock dived into the water and pulled the two teenagers into a bone crushing hug.
'I can't believe that my babies are growing up so fast!' he said as water fall tears fell down his cheeks and he sunk his teeth into a hanky.
