Hey so yes I have not written in quite some time but here is a story. I have been very busy and I've and no inspiration. I do not own the song I'm yours by Jason Mraz. A quick thank you to Ramonks33 and enjoy!
Nico watched in concern as Percy lay in a hospital bed; unconscious, he knew he had to tell Percy his feelings before it was too late. He saw a look of relief on Annabeth`s face and he knew that Percy had finally woken up. Annabeth went rushing out as if she had a mission. Nico walked into the room quietly so not to wake him but he was awake preparing a game of mthomagic. Nico stumbles for words when just a few minutes before he had a whole big speech planed and perfected to yet stereotypically stumble with words. He then did the first thing that popped into his head. He turned on the radio to hear his favorite song and started singing to Percy.
"Well, you done done me and you bet I felt it. I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted. I fell right through the cracks, now I'm trying to get back" Nico sang with such care and expertise.
Percy just started to laugh and though it was a cute way to make a friend happy. Not realising that Nico was not joking he joined in every once in a while.
"But I won't hesitate, No more, no more. It cannot wait, I'm yours. Well, open up your mind and see like me, Open up your plans and damn you're free. Look into your heart and you'll find love, love, love, love. Listen to the music of the moment, people dance and sing, we're just one big family And it's our God-forsaken right to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved" the harmonised in total beauty. Nico confidence started to sky rocket because his love was enjoying himself. As people started gathering around to listen to the two magnificent signers, Nico started having fun with it. Dancing. Laughing. Jumping on tables the whole lot.
"Do you want to come on, scootch on over closer, dear and I will nibble your ear." Sang Nico sitting down beside Percy.
Yet they still sang with beauty and grace "But I won't hesitate No more, no more. It cannot wait, I'm yours."
Nico was now rocking it out for his crowd and most especially for his love, Percy. "So please don't, please don't, please don't... There's no need to complicate. 'Cause our time is short. This oh, this oh, this is our fate. I'm yours."
Nico then leans down and places his lips on Percy's. Percy's eyes shoot open from the shock to see Annabeth's shocked face turn and run away.
