Sally POV
I was working on my book in the living room, when someone knocked on the door. I didn't even bother to look as I opened the door to my son's girlfriend, Annabeth (she visits almost everyday since they got back from their last quest).
Annabeth smiled as she stepped inside, "Hey ."
I returned the smile,"I told you call me Sally."
It looked as though she was going to say someone but singing in the kitchen made us both go silent. We stood by the kitchen doorway listening for a minute.
Percy was softly singing, "She got eyes that cut you like a knife and lips that taste like sweet red wine and her pretty legs go to heaven every time Shes got a gentle way that puts me at ease, when she walks in the room I can hardly breathe Got a devastating smile knock a grown man to his knees.
She got whatever it is it blows me away, shes everything I want to say to a woman but I couldn't find the words to say.

Just because I am his mom and can I walked into the kitchen, "What song is that Percy?" This was followed by a smirk from Annabeth at Percy's red face.
"Its a country song, that uh well it makes me think of you wise girl." he stuttered.
I smiled as I watched both their faces go red.
Percy grabbed Annabeth's hand," We are going to my room."
I smiled as I watched them flee up to his room, thinking to myself about what a wonderful daughter in law Annabeth will make.
