5 ways Rachel McKenzie the supreme leader of the Kids Next Door is just like us. Probably has been done before defiently now that I'm really into pokemon fics these days...
Set in the teenage years
I don't own the KND.
1. I hate Math
I have always hated math, forever and always. I don't even want to start understanding algebra, I mean who cares about the FOIL method? When are we going to use x + 23v + 35b + b =? I had to take summer school every year since first grade for math since I didn't know my addition tables fast enough.
Freshman year I had to retake pre-algebra while Patton and Fanny were off taking algebra one. Ironically Kuki Sanban got put in an advanced algebra one class. While here I was relearning basic functions.
2. I love to read
Most kids my age [17] hate to read. Why? I have no decent clue, maybe it was to much work for the less smarter kids. I don't mean to be rude but I was one of the first kids in my freshman English class to have already read The Diary of a Young Girl. This was before the deadline date. That next year I was in advanced sophomore english.
3. Sports aren't/are fun
I like sports I love to watch Kuki do her cheering for Wally and the football team. Wally doesn't play football but the cheerleaders make the rounds and do all the sports. Most girls prefer the football players since there buff enough to throw the girls around. Wally however played baseball and the wrestling team and can still throw Kuki around.
I don't mind sports I'll go to a football game but you won't see me having fun in gym. I liked playing softball but that was about it. I prefer to stand on the sidelines.
4. I talk to my cat
When I turned 13 I found a cat that was alone on the street. It's so adorable, since it didn't have a collar there was no posters around town, I took it home. I couldn't help but fall in love with it, with those big black eyes and little pink tongue. One year later I finally named her sunglasses since I had a liking for the pitch black eye wear.
Since my brother found my journal I started to talk to Sunglasses when ever I was home alone. This would help me half the time.
5. Talking-slash-hanging with friends
My friend ever since I lost my memory is Fanny Fulbright, she was one of the first people to get to know me. I mean sure tons of people know me around school but I was never close to anybody like inviting someone to my birthday party. Fanny who had no friends from her old elementary school made friends with me.
After that Kuki Sanban joined our group. Then Kuki added her friend Abby Lincoln, and Fanny made friends with Virginia Sims. Our close group that does everything together.
Well Review please?
