1: uzu no kuni during the clan war era had found the NX-04 Explorer 100 years before the hidden villages started up making uzu no kuni more advanced and eventually using their tech to bring peace to the other clans unifing the world and starting their own advance into warp/space tech using a mix of advanced tech and fuuinjutsu along with using biiju chakra as a power source after the world would have befriended them and asked for their help naruto and a crew from different nations would crew a rebuilt NX-04 Explorer renamed UENS-01 Discovery {United Elemental Nations Ship}.
2: during the 2nd shinobi war when iwa,kuno,kiri attacked uzu no kuni the NX-04 Explorer is partially uncovered by a doton jutsu causing all sides to stop fighting and within a month the 2nd war would be over as news of the find spread to the villages and nations a treaty is made to protect their homeworld from what appears to be possible hostile aliens more so when a barely still charged phase rifle is accidentally discharged they would spend the years reverse engineering the tech replicating things they don't know through normal fuuinjutsu for minor things and major things via uzumaki fuuinjutsu eventually by the time naruto and the rookie 9 {In cannon} are 20 the UENS-01 Discovery is ready to launch and is sent out.
