Hey there! It's me Silver Dreamers, with a new SYOC story! This time, we're tackling the Fairy Tail franchise, so hold on tight! This'll be a collaboration between me and my good friend, so I hope you all enjoy this! Without further ado, let's begin!

"Finally... my goal is within my reach. Two worlds, rightfully mine, yet split apart. They'll soon be in my grasp, and the slight those old fools committed against me long ago will be corrected at last." A man was saying, walking across a bleak empty space, looking outward, out a window that showed things far beyond the empty void he was used to.

Out the window laid a sight that he had often spent hours gazing at, eyes full of want and longing. Two planets floated before him, both gigantic globes rotating perfectly in place. An invisible barrier was barely visible, separating the two. This was a barrier that manipulated space and time, and the man knew its purpose all too well. With that barrier, the two worlds would forever remain apart, each one unknowledgeable of the other.

Unfortunately, that was far from what this man wanted, as he pressed his left palm against the window. "I would spend day after day looking out this window, looking out at the world that should be mine." He said, talking aloud. "Sometimes I lashed out in anger, yet other times I sobbed in desperation. Any other time, I'd tell myself my plan was hopeless, that I should quit while I was ahead."

The man paused, his eyes taking on a saddened tone as he looked downards. He recovered however, turning to look at an injured man lying on the floor, blood flowing from his body onto the floor.

"Well, I'm lucky I have you with me now, aren't I, Ivan Dreyar?" He said, giving the bloodied man a malicious grin.

Hope you liked that little preview just now, so I'll give you guys the form now! These OCs will be part of the guild on the other world, so knock yourselves out! Here's just some rules, though.

1. No Gary-Stu or Mary Sue characters. No one is perfect.

2. That being said, not everyone can have a tragic Backstory.

3. There needs to be a lot of detail for the personality and the appearance. This helps me to write the character closer to what you've imagined.

4. I have ultimate say over who gets accepted and who doesn't. End of story.

5. The subject should read as so: Dragon's Tail: OC Name.

6. Remember, I have control over the submitted OCs. That means death, and relationships. I may consult for these issues, or I may not. I'll be trying to write them as close as possible to what you're giving me.

7. To show that you read the rules, add Fairy Tail to the bottom of your form! The acception date will be July 16th of 2018. Plz submit before then! I will be choosing OCs before then, but the list is final on July 16th!

8. The list is everchangable. If I size a newer submission up to one that has been put on the list, I may replace the older if I like the newer one better.
