Till Death Do Us Part
Link was laying among the rubble of Ganon castle. He had won but at what cost? In the middle of the fight Navi was knocked out and Zelda was crushed by a bolder, he was alone again. He had been majorly hurt and had lost alot of blood so he was sure that he was dying. He tried to stay awake but he couldn't, 'i need to rest my eyes a little, after all i don't think i blinked after Navi was knocked out' he thought to himself. His eyes shot open with conceren 'Navi! oh no i hope she's ok' he yelled in his head. He then desided to call out her name, to make sure at least she will walk away from this alive. "this is gonna hurt...oh man this is gonna hurt like hell!" he said to himself as started to stand up.
Navi layed on the ground near the rottong corpse of Ganon. 'I failed you Link. I promised i would help you in the final battle but i couldn't, and for that i'm sorry' she thought bitterly. She stopped scolding herself when she herd a faint sound of Link's vary unused voice calling her name "Navi! Navi where are you!" 'Great now i'm hearing things!' she thought. She herd it again but this time it sounded closer "Navi please tell me your still alive. I don't want to lose you too!" she herd him yell. She told herself she had to answer or he might step on her "i'm down here Link..." she answered weakly.
When he herd her voice he ran to her. He found her on the ground with her glow almost completely out. This was bad, this ment she was dying "Oh Navi...no don't you dare die on me!" he exclaimed "hey...Link is Zelda ok?" she asked. Even though she was greatly hurt she was still worrying about others "no...she's gone...Navi...Zelda's..." Link told her. "Oh...Link...i'm sorry i know she ment a lot to you..." she said "I know this might seem rude but...you mean alot more to me than she ever did" Link told her "What do you mean?" she asked.
"I mean if you die here i won't be able to live with my self" he infromed her "I don't understand?" she said "Listen Navi there's something i need to tell you" Link told her with tear's forming in his eyes. "What is it Link?" she asked "Navi...i...I love you I always have...sense the Shadow Temple." he said "And if you die...so will I!" he told her "Oh Link...I love you too...but don't end your life for me..." she told him "Please Navi let me do this...for i want to be with you forever..." Link said. Not being able to hold back the tear's anymore he let them pour "Link..." Navi couldn't bring herself to stop him so she simpley said "...Ok..." Link gave her a warm smile and used his ice magic to cool down up his body tempture so his heart would slowly stop. Thier last words were "I Love You".
There once was a boy. His name was Link.
There once was a fariy. Her name was Navi.
Thier love was so strong that it fallowed them into the afterlife.
Let this be a lesson to us all.
Love is the strongest emotion of all.
i know the ending was a bit bad but this is my 1st death-fic so cut me some slack ya?
