Unconditional Love
A/N: Hi guys, this is a poem I wrote. I know it's been a while since i've submitted anything, but I wanted to put this on here because it is a finalist in a poetry competition and I wanted to know what you guys think, kay. I kinda wrote it on the thoughts of Inuyasha and Kagome. Enjoy!!!
Stress is only a reprise,
the pain I see in your eyes.
happiness is the art of life,
but battles can only be ended in strife.
I see your loneliness and wish your sorrow would end,
the precious heart I wish to defend.
Stress is only a reprise,
the pain I see in your eyes.
I wish to see your smile again,
and let your new life begin.
I see you cry and scream,
and hope it is a fading dream.
Stress is only a reprise,
the pain I see in your eyes.
Wake up and begin anew,
rise with the morning dew.
Don't be afraid,
come into the shade.
Sit with me and dream the day away.
