The challenge word this week is Grouch and we are in The Bunker.
Human Cas is not a 'morning-person' at all. In fact he's a downright grouch and seeing as Sam's not exactly Mr Sunshine first thing either, Dean has his work cut out for him keeping spirits up in their little Bunker HQ.
Once it would have irritated him, had him sullen and silent or even punching the walls but not now.
Now he nods indulgently and tempts them into easy good humour with sweet waffles and french toast, buttery eggs and smokey bacon.
And as they eat he just smiles softly, simply thankful that they all survived despite the odds.
