So one day, Link was walking through Hyrule Field. And then Navi said, "HEY! LISTEN!" And then Link said, "OH MY GOSH! YOU"RE SO ANNOYING! I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS A LONG TIME AGO! BACK WHEN WE WENT TO THE GREAT DEKU TREE! So Link pulled out his bow and shot Navi. Navi died. Navi is no more! Then Link went and had a death party at Lon Lon Ranch..
