--------------------------------------------------------------------------Sam raised her eyes up to the heaven and bit her lip. Snow started to fall into her eyes. She snapped her hands closer to the body, but she didn´t make a single step. She didn´t think about coming back down, to SGC, not even for one moment. Her head was full of thoughts. So many images, so many memories…
„Sam?"
„Tell me, Jack… Why are some things happening?" She turned around to face a man in a dark blue uniform with the general rank.
„Maybe to other things could happen. Go down, Sam, you´ll get cold and whole SGC pull apart…"
„I really am not right now in any mood for jokes… Sorry." She reverted her eyes from him and looked up again. It was getting dark, sunset was already done long time ago.
„Come home, then."He shruged shoulders.
„Home…" Sam sighned.
„Sam, you know… the things are different now."
„Yes," she slowly nodded, but didn´t look at him. „I can see and feel it every day."
„End it".
„It´s not so simple."
„Could be."
„Do you want me to drop it?" She turned back to him and stared into his brown eyes.
„No, Sam. I would never want you to give up your career and your position in the army." Ironic smile showed up on her face.
„I heard that once."
„That´s possible. I wouldn´t answer your question differently."
„So, this is the end?" She bit her lip again, she started to feel a little cold. „You, sir, are in DC, we have a new team-leader, SGC has a new general… Oh yeah, this is the end of the story."
„Sam-"
„No, Jack… This is worthless. I thought, that I could, we could just live someday." Sam felt a touch on her hand.
„Let´s go home, Sam. Just let´s go and learn how to live, eventually… let´s forget this all."
