She had been watching him for quite some time… and in no time she discovered his secret. How others never found out about his secret identity of being the Green Arrow was very sad. Idiots… all of them.
He was hot… in a sexy bachelor billionaire sort of way.
She knew that if she offered him a wish he would take it… the look on his face at that newspaper said it all. However, with her luck he'd probably grow a conscience and forget all about their little arrangement. Maybe he'll surprise her though…
