Prank Calls

Vanessa and Shane decide to prank call Jason…Story 1 of my Vanessa Gray series. Random one-shot, really happened.

I don't own anything except what happened during the prank call because it happened to me and my BFF, Sonali. LOL…oh, that's the plot…I also don't own The Hills. TEAM LAUREN!

Vanessa's POV

It was Monday night, and me and Shane were sitting on the couch, watching The Hills, because I forced him to.

"I'm actually bored." I said.

"Ditto." Shane said.

"Hey…I have an idea…" I said.

"What, what, what?!" Shane said excitedly.

"Prank call!" I said.

"Yay!" Shane cheered. He closed the TV.

"Be right back." I said. I brought the house phone to Shane, and sat down again. "We're gonna do Jason!" (I really said, 'Let's make it RANDOMEY!' Because I am!)

"Won't he notice that it's the house number?" Shane asked.

"He doesn't check the number, he just answers." I said.

"Oh…" Shane said. I dialed his number (This is the number me and my Bff dialed. Not Kevin Jonas' real number…), 416-865-4098.

I put it on speaker quickly and we waited. After 2 beeps, he answered. I mouthed Shane 'be quiet' and he nodded.

"Hello?" Jason said.

"Ello, mate." I said in an Australian accent. Shane held in his laughter. "Would you be wanting your mustard juice now, cause the kangaroos are jumpin' in Aussie! MATE!" Shane lightly smirked, and I glared at him.

"Uh…mustard juice?" Jason asked.

"Of coursie, mate! What did you thank, mustard poppin' corn? Haw haw!" I fake-laughed, though it sounded kind of real.

"Uh, ma'am, I didn't order any mustard j -- wait…VANESSA! SHANE!" He screamed.

"Uh…gotta go!" Me, in a normal voice, and Shane screamed, and we hung up quickly. Suddenly, Jason walked in through the front door. (He was driving back from work. DON'T WORRY, he was driving with both hands, and his cell was clipped on the steering wheel, on speaker.

"I knew I would see you two with the phone." Jason said.

"Of course, mate! What did you think, Nate and Shaney here with the phone, huh?" I said in the accent again.

Jason sighed. He took the phone and walked away.

"We're good, eh?" I said, still in the accent.

"V, you can stop…" Shane said.

"Uh, I don't think I can, mate!" I said, worriedly, in the accent.

"V…" Shane groaned. "Just hope it goes away tomorrow."

"Of coursie, mate!" I said in the accent. I put The Hills back on.

Like it? I really couldn't stop with the accent. And I really did an Indian accent, and I didn't say Mate, I said bahi (BAIE) which means brother in Hindi/Urdu. I learned it from Rija.
