Sometimes a sweet candy and a word of man brings comfort to an anxious heart of a lady...

A brother? What did he meant by that? Sendou Aichi? Who's that? A distant relative? Impossible...

Emi tried to ignore and forget about Kai's question earrlier but she keep thinking about it and Mai recognized the change of her mood.

"...Emi-chan? Are you alright? You look troubled?" Mai asked with concern.

Mai's concern voice broke at Emi's reverie and she forced a smile. ".. Yeah, I'm fine. Let's Continue another round shall we?" The smile was obvious strained if Mai noticed this she choose not to vocalized as she knew Emi will not talk about it unless she's ready.

"If you say so" Mai played along with her.

They played another game of Cardfight a few times and retire around late afternoon.

".. I need to get going," Emi said, putting back her deck to its set as she the stood up. " I promise Mom that I'll help her out make dinner tonight"

"Okay, I guess I'll be seeing you tomorrow in class? Keep safe in your way home!" Mai said.

" Of course and you too!" Emi waving goodbye before she ran outside the Card Capital and she ran past Kai with another guy walking to the direction in Card Capital and she immediately she recognized the other guy as Ishida Naoki the scary delinquent. Goodness, Kai-san hang out with dangerous and weird people she'll be sure that to warned Aichi about it. Then Emi abruptly stopped in her tracks as she realized the trace of her thoughts... Came back to this stranger.. A name that she doesn't recognized until recently. Could it be he is real not just a figment of her imaginations and Kai-san's words?

Could it be she has really an older brother?

If so that's explains why she felt ...so hollow..

As soon as she get home she instantly asked if they have a relative name Sendou Aichi ? And her mother respond is weird.. The name sounds familiar but she can't remember anything at all just like her.

After that conversation and dinner, Emi went straight to bed on that night and her thoughts filled with the unknown boy even though she don't know him or it's the other way around?

"...Sendou Aichi.. Who exactly you to us.. To me?" Emi asked no one in particular as she stared at the ceiling few moments before she finally dozed off then her unease mind and heart brought her into tears as she dreamt a boy... Named...

Dreamsequence..

"...Emi" A gentle voice called out to her but she's certain it's a male despite how softs poken his voice is.

She turned at her caller but she can't see his face."What?" She noticed the seriousness in his voice which only happens during when he is facing tough times.

"If I ever disappear would you be sad?" He blurted out.

Her answer is instant. "Ofcourse! I will ! no matter how painful and annoying to wake you up in the morningsYou are my brother and I would definitely missed you." She stood up, her little hands shaking with tremors as she approached her so called brother. "Why are you asking me this stuff? Are you dying?" Now, she didn't able to control her tears as they came out like a flood.

"What?No!" The guy who caused her hysterical immediately come to her aid to bring comfort. "I'm sorry about that but I'm not dying so please stop crying Idon't want that.."

Emi choked out as ob "If you're not dying then will you go away and leave me?"

There's a long pause before he answered but he avoided to answer her question as he immediately changed the subject. "Tell you what I bring you to candy store so get dress, Kay? It's myt reat!"

Emi pouted currently forgetting their real conversation. "Geez, I'm not a child anymore!"

"I know but I heard sweets bring comfort to a distress soul.." He smiled gently at her.

Then she realized he changed the topic by bribing her with sweets. "Hey! You haven't answer my question! Are you goings omewhere Aichi?!"

"...No"

A lie.

"Promise?"

"Yes, Promise."

"AICHI!"

Emi shot up with a cold sweat, heart racing with a rapid speed and tears won't stopped brimming down from her eyes.

"...Aichi.." She mumbled shakily. It's still night time and she continued to cry until she fell back to sleep out of exhaustion. The next day, Emi completely forgotten her dream and Aichi like an immediate counter part of spell when the other is broken the latter will do the job. And that continues for the whole day until her bliss ignorance been broken when she came to a candy shop.

Emi felt her heart swell with unknown emotion as she walked in the shop and her tears suddenly came out as she muttered a name that she didn't want to forget again. "...Aichi.." Her memories with him together return like a flood in her. Not wanting to caused a scene she immediately exited the shop as her feet brought her to park as she sorted out why her brother disappear and why does everyone seems to forget him including her like he didn't exist at all?

"Emi-san?" A familiar voice interrupted with her thoughts.

She whirled only to meet Kamui concern's gaze.

"What's the matter? Why are you crying?"

Crying?

Emi put her hand on her cheek to feel is damp with her own tears so she cried while she ran all her way here.

"..." She stared at Kamui and her scrutinizing gaze caused a bit discomfort to the young male cardfighter so he began to think he might did or say something to irritates her as Emi expression is blank at the moment and before he could apologized Emi finally speak and the question left her mouth completely caught him off guard. "...Do you remember Aichi? Because if you don't remember him at all you won't approach me at all.."

"E-Emi-san?! You remembered Onii-san as well?!"

"So I am right. You remembered Aichi, I'm glad.." Her voice so soft that Kamui almost missed her sentence.

"Then ... The reason you were crying is because you finally remember Onii-san?" Kamui asked as he watched Emi sat on the pond were Aichi always sit whenever he feels down.

Emi nodded solemnly. "I was in shocked that I forgotten my own brother.." She looked up at him." What about you? How did you remember Aichi?"

Kamui look hesitant to answer but as soon he saw the helpless and the lost lit in the girl's eyes. He told her about everything... Him feeling something is missing at first and he thought he just need to fight a strong cardfighter so he sought Kai, only ended up fighting Naoki as he insulted Aichi without noticing it at first then Naoki bringing back what he felt what is missing which is his memories about Aichi and the Quatre Knights and Kourin who stops them for reaching where Aichi is.. And Aichi's words that strung them.

"..So Kourin-san and this Quatre Knights know where my brother is and they're stopping you to find and reach him... Then Aichi said those things,huh?" Emi couldn't believe that was Aichi desire and she doesn't want to accept such cruelty."..But, Why would he say that? How could he do that?.." Emi covered her face with her palms as tremors began to shook her body.

Kamui watched helplessly at how Emi tried to take everything and he felt the same way when he encountered The Quatre Knights, Kourin and Aichi.. He felt real despair and hopelessness. That's why he wanted to be strong so he will know behind the reason in Aichi's cold and sad words of farewell.

"Emi.." He called out without a suffix and Emi immediately look up her eyes is puffy and red because of crying. Kamui fished something in his pocket. "Give me your hand"

Emi look perplexed but did what she was asked. Kamui put something in her palm, a rough and round texture. She looked down and to find he had given her a .. "A candy? What for?"

"I heard that sweets bring comfort to a distress soul and I hope it will cheer you bit" Kamui scratched his head sheepishly.

Emi's eyes widened as she remembered that Aichi said the same thing to her and her eyes softened a little.

"But, I, Katsuragi Kamui promised that we will bring Onii-san and find out the reason of his disappearance and his words! So please act clueless of the situation as The Quatre knights won't hesitate to harm even those close to Aichi.."

Emi giggled. "You sounded like you proposed to me, Kamui-kun"

Kamui face immediately tinted red. "Emi-san! I'm being serious! I'll bring back - No, we will bring back Onii-san once we finish are training so we will become strong enough to beat the knights!"

"I know" Emi stood up and peck Kamui's cheek. "I believe in you. Please, bring back onii-chan. I'll be waiting for your return and thanks for the candy, Kamui" With that Emi dashed off leaving a dumbstruck and flustered Kamui.

She know they will bring Aichi back so there's nothing to worry because there will stronger than anyone to bring Aichi back to his real home which is here not at the cold place where he is at the moment..

I hope you like it. There's so little fanfic about KamuixEmi so I decided to do a little fluff in them and AichixEmi siblings interaction. Hey, did you see Cardfight Vanguard G. I kinda think it's boring and quite annoying because Aichi isn't there but hey, Chrono ran past him in the last scene of the first episode but who am I to judge? Honestly I don't like Cardfight because I thought it's childish but as I watched the following episodes I fell in love with it because it's getting good so I think G won't be that bad because Bushiroad is awesome! .
