The Immortals of the realm of Valar
A/N: I do not own Lords of the Rings or Silmarillion. They all belong to J .R.R Tolkien. I am new in fan fiction writing and this is my very first story. So I would appreciate the valuable comments and suggestions of you for improving my writing.
CHAPTER ONE: THE BEGINNING OF TIME
Eru Ilúvatar the creator and supreme deity of Arda, first created the angelic beings called Ainur who were the Valar and the Maia. During the Years of Trees Ilúvatar created
Elves and in the First Age, Men. Thus they were called the Children of Ilúvatar.
But before the creation of the Elves, he created two beings,
Gildir and Vanya. They were taught by the Valar and were made aware of the arrival of Elves. Hair of Gildir was white. Not soft white but icy and silvery white. He shone like a star. Vanya had hair like spun rays of sun.
This was before the creation of sun and moon.
After Melkor took some of the first of the elves of middle earth and turned them into orcs, Gildir and Vanya were called by Manwë and the rest of Valar. "You will take form as elves in Middle Earth and shall guide them and protect them in need. May Ilúvatar go with you!"
Gildir took birth as some of the greatest elven kings and warriors over time. Vanya was his better half and power in all his incarnations.
Then came Sauron. To ensure his defeat and safety of the Middle Earth Gildir and Vanya once again decided to take birth in Middle Earth.
