This is a play on something I noticed when I was playing Skyrim. The Character's may not act corectly but this is just for laughs.
Enjoy!
The Dragonborn stood atop the Throat of the World, watching the bronze-brown dragon, Paarthurnax, fly about.
"What the bloody hell!? I've killed you three times now, how the hell do you keep coming back!?" the Dragonborn yelled at Paarthurnax.
"You think I know?! You try having your soul ripped away, and then come back to life without it!" he roared in response, landing on the word wall to the Dragonborn's left.
"That's the freaking point dam it!" the Dragonborn snarled, "You should stay dead! Once I take your soul you die and stay dead!"
"FUS…RO DAH!" a voice bellowed from behind the Dragonborn, the force of the shout sent him flying close to the edge of the cliff.
"Now wha… Odahviing! You're alive? Thank the Nine… wait, what the hell was that for?! I never meant to kill you!" the Dragonborn shouted as he stood.
"I know, but I have no interest in living without my soul, so we figured the best option would be to destroy the container our souls were housed in… you."
"What!? How would killing me… wait what do you mean we". The Dragonborn readied Dragonsbane and Icefire, his Legendary Nord Hero War Axe with both frost and fire enchantments.
"Look around." was all the dragon said.
The Dragonborn looked around, and his blood ran cold. All around him dragons began to appear, blood dragons, ancient, named and unnamed. He turned towards the path to High Hrothgar, only to see, much to his amazement, several Dragon Priest accompanied by the Greybeards.
"We are not sorry Dragonborn,we owe Paarthurnax a peaceful rest." Arngeir said and with that the Greybeards turned and retreated down the mountain.
The Dragonborn looked around once more, noticing more dragons had arrived. He sighed, and looking up at the sky, he shouted "Talos… help me!"
Have any of you notice that the dragons do resurrect even after you take their souls? Not that I'm complaining since... DRAGONS ARE FREAKING AMAZING!
-COUGH- sorry but anyway, what did you think?
