Title: Perfect Day for Peaches
Note: Decided to take a break from 'That Lying, Cheating Saber?'. Came up with this is the bathtub! It's all about Peaches and a perfect day for her. Just a short story so yeah. By the way Shira's sister Sabeena isn't in this story, just to avoid confusment. (For those that don't know, Sabeena is in my other story).
(Peaches P.O.V)
"Hey Ethan" I smiled while batting my eyelashes.
"Hey Peach, want to go explore the other side of the island with the others?" He said in the absoultely most perfect way.
"Sure thing." I knew I wasn't allowed to go their without Uncle Diego or Dad but what's the worst that could happen?
"Great, oh and bring the molehog?"
"What ever you say." And as if on cue, Louis popped out of the ground. Me, Ethan and Louis met up with the girls and some of the other guys at the cove and then we started heading to the other side of the island.
Me and Ethan talked together while Louis was with Katie and Meghan, they were saying how cute and brave he was. It was enough for me to laugh out loud! Anyway, I knew Steffie was giving me death glares from behind me but I couldn't care less. I was almost sure Ethan liked me and not her more. Soon we reached a place like the falls back at our old home and hung around there for a bit.
"You know girls? That embaressment Peaches shouldn't even be here with us right now. What you think, Louie?" I heard Steffie say a few feet away. I knew she wasn't expecting a answer for Louis, she didn't even like him but Ethan did so that was enough for her to pretend to like him. I glared at her but then Louis did what I didn't expect he would do. Stand up in front of giant mammoths and speak up.
"Peaches is totally cool, you know she was born in the dino world?" Louis said. I was quite surprised at how confident he was becoming now. I heard the other girls gasp and say how amazing it was.
"Hey Peach? Just ignore Steffie. She can be... difficult at times." Ethan smiled at me. He was sooo perfect! "Anyway, you want me to walk you home?" Did he even have to ask? I nodded with a shy smile. I couldn't trust myself to speak and ruin the moment! We walked out of the second falls (Which is what the others decided to call it) and had the perfect walk home together. Just outside the herds cave Ethan actually asked me out! It felt like I had went up to heaven for a day trip and flew right down again. Stars were in my eyes and he even said so but I don't think he meant literally. All I could manage to say was "Okay".
As I went inside the cave, I heard Shira give a groan.
"Wow, you're really giving Mommy a hard time Sweetie. I beet you're going to be a fighter like you're Daddy." Shira was saying to her unborn cub. I still couldn't believe Shira was pregnant! Mom was always telling her about how the pregnacy should go and giving her advice. I went and layed down near Mom and Dad and fell asleep dreaming of my Ethan. Just before I fell asleep though, I heard Mom say: "I bet that boy asked her out, you know? That Ethey one she's always talking about."
"Mom it's Ethan." Is all I could mange before I fell asleep.
Short Story for them quick readers and stuff. I will be carrying on with 'That Lying, Cheating Saber?' aswell. I'm not going to add anymore chapters to this, like I said.
