Chapter 1: New Girl
It was a warm, autumn day. There was only two weeks until the start of a brand new year at Anubis, and Nina could not be anymore ecstatic. Her best friend, Danielle, from America is on her way. Danielle is going to attend the Anubis school on a scholarship, just like Nina.
At 12 o'clock Nina and Fabian took a cab to the train station to pick up Danielle. "Dani is just like me," Nina said. "She very adventurous, and wants to know the root of every problem, and has a great mind to solve them!" "She'll be a great addition to Sibuna," Fabian exclaimed. "Let's hope this time around, we won't need Sibuna!" They then arrived at the train station.
Danielle's train arrived 10 minutes later. Danielle looked like Nina's twin. It was mostly because of her hair. Her hair was wavy and curly, almost the same shade of dirty blonde like Nina's. "Nina!" "Danielle!" Nina shouted. They both hugged. "And you must be Fabian," Danielle said. "Yes, that is me! Here, let me take your bags!" As Fabian was walking away to put Danielle's bags in a cab, Danielle whispered to Nina, "He is cute!"
