Ryou sighed as his yami shut the mind link. Again.
With a huff he slid over the edge of the sofa and on to the floor.
"Well, I think you're cute. Cuter than that nasty Bakura could ever be!" He leveled the kitten to his face, earning himself an indignant mew.
"Ah, you didn't like that?" He paused to giggle, "You need a name..."
/Bastard!/
"That's a terrible name for a cat!"
/Stupid!/
"So is that!"
/Fredrick?/
"...Yami, you're wierd."
/...Fishbone?/
Ryou ignored his Yami's attempts at naming and came up with one of his own.
"I'll call you...Fuse!"
/...And you thought mine were bad?/
Ryou picked up the cat and stood.
"Let's go somewhere quieter, Fuse."
/...He smells./
"How do you know it's a he?"
/How do you know it's a she?/
"Stop being such a smartass."
/I bet it's not yard broken./
"You know nothing about cats, do you?"
/Of course not, oh smart one. It's not like I hail from ancient Egypt or anything!/
"Ha. Ha. Ha," Ryou absentmindedly stroked Fuse's fur, "Cat's use a litter box, not the yard."

And once again the mind link was broken.
"I think...I don't know..." He plucked a loose thread from his shirt and let it tumble to the floor. Before it could get very far, though, Fuse had already latched it's little paw around it.
"Ah, you like that?" He wrestled the string from the kittens' claws, earning himself another indignant mew and a small scratch on his knuckle.
"I really don't see why he doesn't like you. You act similar enough."
/...He's gonna bring fleas in./
"You know...I think maybe he does already..." Ryou grinned before dashing into the kitchen.
/He'll give us leukemia!/
"Doubtful."
/Yellow fever?/
"The only fever I have right now is cat scratch fever. This thing itches!" Ryou ran the cut under some water, successfully frightening the kitten.
/Ha! I knew he was trouble! Get rid of it now!/
"But he's cute."

Uhh...I'm bored...This has no point...At all...it's not even that entertaining...Just...Pointless...But I really wanted to write something, anything! xD
Ah well. If you read, leave a review...Give me ideas for stories. And don't tell me to update TGoL...My game board has gone AWOL so I'm trying to figure out something. xD
