It was a crystal clear night and the people in the town of Nome were fast asleep the only people that were up were Soldiers of the NA Air Force making sure that everyone was safe indoors the town's lights were dark everyone was sleeping peacefully

except for the husky Jenna she was inher basket tossing and turning in her sleep "B-Balto." She said in sleep she then started to groaning and moaning in her sleep "S-Steele leave him alone." She said agian in her sleep she then started tobreatheheavily
/(she was having a nightmare).

In Jenna's dream.

Jenna was pinned on the ground by Niju the evil wolf Jenna looked to her left to see her mate Balto fighting his Arch Nemesis Steele he then pinned Balto down "BALTO!" Jenna screamed she tried to break free from Niju's grip but his grip was too strong for her "Steele please don't hurt him!" Jenna begged.

"Say goodbye to your mate Jenna." Steele said menacingly he then raised a sharp claw and he stabbed Balto's neck drawing blood Balto's eyes widen and before he can grasp for air he went limp Steele then focused Balto's lifeless eyes on started to for in her ambereyes "BALTO NO!" She sobbed.

End of Jenna's dream.

"GAAAAHHH!" Jenna woke up with a fright she then looked around andlet out a huge sigh of relief when she realized that she was in her shed she was panting, and shakingand sweating infear "I-It was all a dream but it felt so
real." Jenna said.

she tried her best to fall asleep after that but she couldn't she was so scared of losing her mate she loved him so much she decided to go to Balto's place and sleep with him she got out of her basket and she made her way to Balto's boat.

At Balto's Boat.

Balto was sleeping peacefully he then woke up when he heard someone walk up the ramp to his boat Huh who could that be at this late of night? He thoughthe yawned and stretched and exited the bridge of the boat and he saw a Jenna shaking

in fear "Jenna it's the middle of the night what are..." He didn't finish because Jenna shoved her face in Balto's chest and sobbed "Balto thank goodness your alive I was so scared." She sobbed "Jenna what's wrong why are you crying?" Balto asked

"I had a nightmare it was so horrible." Jenna said Balto then nuzzled Jenna to comfort her he then let her in he then wrapped Jenna up in his blanket Jenna tried to shake the nightmare image out of her head by snuggling close to Balto's sidebut
she failed she was now crying uncontrollably Balto

/then nuzzled her to comfort her "Shhhh Jenna don't cry it's okay I'm here." Balto said in a comforting voice.

"Balto my nightmare was so terrifying I'm so scared." Jenna said with tears pouring down her muzzle "Tell me what it was about." He said Jenna told him her dream Balto was speechless he was surprised that Jenna was scared about losing him

and that she loved him very much he then smiled and stroked her soft red fur with one of his paws.

"It's okay Jenna it was just a dream it's over now I'm here." He said "Balto c-can I s-sleep with you?" Jenna asked shakingly "Of Course Jenna." Balto replied

"Thank you." She said Balto then laid his jaw on Jenna's head and he continued to stroke her fur to get her to sleep which was working.
