Let's face it. Kirby's been around for 20 years. I came up with this little oneshot to celebrate that. Let's relive those good ol' Kirby games!
The Waddle Dee huffed his way to King Dedede's room. He fell on his face at the door, and continued running. The king asked him what he wanted.
"Sir, Kirby's birthday is TODAY!" he shouted.
"I almost forgot! Rally the cooks! We're makin' the cake of a lifetime!" he exclaimed.
Later
Kirby happily strolled down the yellow road, humming his favorite song (Kirby's theme). He gasped when he saw the enormous cake in front of him. Everyone was there. Knuckle Joe, Tiff, Meta Knight, you name it. He squealed happily, and King Dedede cleared his throat at the microphone.
"I am pleased to announce that today is Kirby's birthday!" he said.
Everyone cheered. Kirby blushed, but was still eyeing the cake.
"We have all been through so much. Eating contests, adventures, eating contests, minigames, such as eating contests..."
"WE KNOW!" Knuckle Joe shouted.
"Okay, okay. Let's celebrate with the-" King Dedede turned to the cake, but it was gone.
Meanwhile, Kirby sighed in satisfaction. He had eaten the entire cake!
"KIRBY!" the whole town shouted.
The pink puff ball grinned happily.
