Sweating the Small Stuff

"Of all the stupid, infantile choices you've made, this one takes the cherry!"

She smiled. He was always so entertaining when he got mad. She didn't even miss television.

Now he was pacing. The floor in that spot was already worn from many years of his fits. Once, she had suggested that he pace in another area, but that hadn't gone over too well.

He was obviously a man of tradition. Change was bad, especially when he had no control over it.

When she had first told him, he had just stared at her, dumbfounded. Then he had started to get angry and that had brought them to this point.

Finally, Severus stopped pacing. "But why?" he asked.

Hermione shook her head and laughed. If she had known it would have caused this much trouble she would have never asked Neville to baby-sit.
