The Forest of Certain Death had that name for obvious reasons. And yet, this didn't stop some Mewmans from being sent there. Sometimes as punishment, sometimes for a request.

Most of the time, to get rid of the weak ones.

One such person, a squire with red hair, wobbled around the forest, clutching their shoulder and taking heavy breaths as she looked for the forest's exit.

"Oh my, what a saddening thing to see. It looks like you and your knight had a very... Misfortunate ending."

The redheaded squire lifted her head, and took a step back as the shadowy figure opened her eyes, revealing red pupils as she chuckled:

"Would you mind telling me what happened?"

The squire gritted her teeth and took a step back. "We... We were sent here for an errand-"

"To the Forest of Certain Death? The place where all Mewmans go to die?" the figure cackled maliciously. "I'm sorry to say this, but I believe you and your knight were sent here to get rid of you."

Before the redhead could even process what this meant, the figure moved forward, revealing her face while keeping her body wrapped in shadows.

She had long blonde hair with feathery bangs, a pair of purple horns at the side of her head, fangs, and bleeding heart-shaped cheekmarks.

"The name is Star Butterfly."

The squire shivered.

"You may not panic in my presence."

Almost as he if she was forced to obey, the squire stopped shivering as she growled:

"Is... Is that supposed to be reverse psychology?"

"What a charming child you are!" Star laughed out loud. "But I'm afraid you're wrong: I just fed not too long ago, and I'm quite satisfied, thank you very much."

The squire raised an eyebrow and blinked twice, while Star leaned forward.

"After this disastrous first mission, I think we can both agree you need something a bit more... Relaxing."

Star smiled ear-to-ear.

"Mind if I suggest one dimension in particular?"

Echo Creek Academy...

Marco Diaz, the local safe kid, walked around the hallways with his hands saved on his pockets, until he met his friends Alfonzo and Ferguson.

"Hi guys," he greeted.

"Hi Marco," Alfonzo responded. "Hey, did you hear about the new transfer student our class is getting today?"

"First time I've heard of that," Marco remarked. "And you'd think I'd be the first to know and all that, what with how my parents are always eager to house exchange students."

"Huh, that is weird," Ferguson scratched his chin. "Maybe she asked to keep her arrival a surprise?"

Marco raised an eyebrow. "How do you know the transfer student's a girl?"

"E-Excuse me..."

Marco and the boys turned around and were shocked at what they saw.

The redheaded squire from before was standing in plain sight, clutching her glowing sword as she wore a seagreen dress with purple highlights, a pair of monster-styled boots, and a red headband with a pair of horns on them.

Then she asked, with a face as red as a tomato:

"Are you talking about me?"

Marco blinked twice. "Are you the transfer student?"

Realizing this was the part where she introduces herself, the girl took a deep breath.

"I'm Higgs... Just Higgs..."

The redhead swung her glowing sword, creating a rainbow with it as she added:

"A magical squire from another dimension!"

The rainbow lasted a few seconds before it dissipated, just in time for Marco to ask once more:

"Ok, but are you the transfer student?"

Curse of the Blood Moon was the best episode ever, by the way.

Happy April Fools Day. :)
