Good Omens is not mine, more's the pity. It belongs to Tpratchett and Ngaimen. All hail our favorite duo!

This can be taken as a poem in its own right, but it came to me when I was thinking – If Angels can Fall, can't Demons Rise? Written from the viewpoint of one Falling and one Rising.

Beyond

Fall to rise, beyond all sight

Past the threshold of the night

Where the sunken angels dwell

Helpless in their woven hell.

Rise to fall, beyond the Dawn

Let the Darkness bear you on

Raven wings that scourge the sky

Screaming as they flitter by.
