She just stood there, her hand in the air, firing up an ice spell, he could tell it was Frost Diver by the sheer speed it was taking. In an instant, just before she launched her hex, he was gone, hidden in the shadows the guild's castle held. Hard green eyes darted around the room, pointing forward "Sight!" she called, her voice sounded as if it was the essence of winter's first frost. He clung to the wall, narrowly avoiding the fire ball that seemed as if it wanted to swallow him. She took a step forward, he took a step back, "Come out! Fight like the Assassin you are!" she called. The fire died out, he got behind her, daggers drawn "My dear, I already am" he retorted digging his weapons into her flesh, and in one fluid motion sliding them out again. She cried out in pain, and as if it was second nature, a Frost Diver was launched at him.

He hissed, damn did ice hurt, tugging at his arms he cursed "Get me out of this!" he ordered the sage, still trashing, trying to free himself from the ice. "Don't worry, I will" she replied, charging up a lightning bolt. When he hit the ground, and started warping back to Prontera through the arcane magic that kept all people from dying in the guild castles, all he could see, was her cold green eyes.

"Warp of Emperium is over!" called the announcer, the sage mused, that was the first time she stopped an Assassin of the Cross on her own, perhaps he was distracted by personal issues? Who knew, in the end, he was gone and the Bahumat guild was victorious. Normally, you don't get a random guild coming after your castle, and even without knowledge of what this guild could dish out, they still won. A pair of arms circled her waist "Hey Cutie! You beat a Transcendent! That's a first for you!" the bubbly voice of the guild's priestess seemed to hum in happiness for her accomplishment. "He was distracted, I assume" the Sagess replied swatting away the Priestess's wandering hands. "By the way...isn't against your moral codes as a priest to like other women?" She wasn't against lesbians, god no, but Kagami was the first lesbian priestess she had ever met.

"Oh Yasu you're so silly! You see, I believe that yes, while god did say men and women were supposed to be together, that was way back when, where new children were desperately needed to populate the earth, now, there are orphans, children who couldn't be taken care of by their parents. It wasn't so back then, and if two gay people want a child, what do they do? Adopt!" She cried in her usual cheery tone and continued. "So as times change, I believe that God allowed us to feel this way towards the same sex to help solve this problem with the giant increase in the human population." She finished, Yasu nodded, it did seem like a plausible explanation, she somewhat believed it to be so as well.

The priestess patched her off and swiftly left to heal the other guild mates, today, was an odd day indeed.
