A/N: I have no idea what drove me to write this, but I hope it'll prove to be a good read. Read at your own risk!

My heart was beating wildly, like it would pop out any second, my initial instinct was to scream, but the sight in front of me was so horrifying, my breath got caught in my lungs, and I stood there, unmoving, unblinking, trembling, my hands sweaty as hell as I watched on and on.

The night I had looked forward to so much had just taken a complete 180° turn ever since my car broke down and I wandered here hoping to find some kind hearted soul who would help me, but I hadn't expected to find monsters.

"Please, no! I'll do anything!" The woman pleads, but to no avail. The monster in front of her has no intention of letting her go. "It'll be over soon, don't worry. I won't hurt you." He said, his blonde hair flowing back and forth with the wind, like waves.

His charming smile did nothing to my nerves and I was afraid that I might pass out any second now. And that's when I felt a hand on my shoulder, a presence behind me, and a husky voice whispering in my ear. "Eavesdropping is a bad habit, you know."

I wanted to scream my lungs out, but strangely, as if the voice had captivated me, I couldn't. And I did the one thing I didn't want to do: I turned around to meet his eyes, his beautiful black eyes. I let out a sigh of relief. He wasn't what I thought he was and his eyes were proof. And finally, when I got a good look at him, I realized that he was freaking gorgeous! He had the most handsome face I'd ever seen but now was not the time to be checking out hot strangers.

"We-We need to help!" I said, my voice coming out as a crackle. "That blonde man, he's- he's attacking her!" I added when I finally caught a hold of myself and what was happening and I knew it wasn't just a mere dream. "You've got quite the imagination. All I see is two people making out with each other." He said casually like he wasn't seeing what I was.

I stared into his attractive eyes for a second. "No, they're not! Can't you see? Can't you hear her? She's begging him to let her go, we need to help! He could- He could kill her!" I said, my heart pounding against my chest. He smirked at me and took a step forward, closing the distance between us.

My back was pinned to the rough bark now, my eyes showed my fear. Maybe I shouldn't have asked him. Maybe he's not human, maybe he's also a monster. As the thought crossed my mind, my hands trembled and I clutched my dress hard. I stared down at the ground. I couldn't look at him, as I was terrified.

Enjoying my fear, the man lifted my chin up with his fingers. His face was really close; there was barely any space between our lips. His eyes shone suddenly like gems. "You'll forget what you saw here. All you remember is a man and a woman spending time together and you chose not to disturb them."

I noticed something different about his eyes then. His eyes that were purely black, now had a silver ring around the cornea of his iris, lighting up weirdly, like a torch of some sort, like he's hypnotizing me. I feel my whole mind sway at his words, like my memory was adjusting itself to his words. But then, all of a sudden, I broke out of the trance and I found myself staring at him, angry and disgusted.

"You're sick! Let go of me, you freak! Sit there shuddering, I don't need your help." I shout at him, my fists clenched as I push him away and turn towards the woman and the blonde man.

Upon meeting my eye, the woman staggers towards me, like a worm. "Please- Help me! That-That man he-" She falls in my arms as I steady her. That's when I notice the blood trickling down her neck. "Oh my god, you're bleeding! We need to get you to a hospital! Do you have a phone?" I ask her, as my hands grasp her firmly at the sides so she doesn't go sliding down to the ground.

"I-I don't know! I can't remember!" She says and suddenly, she bursts out in tears, her hands clawing away at my jacket and dress. "Please, you've got to help me!" She says, trying to stand up, but staggers. She's a year younger than me, I notice.

"C-Calm down, okay? You'll be fine; nobody is going to hurt you. And you! What did you do to this poor girl?!" I ask the blonde man who is staring at us, and he closes his eyes in frustration at my question and lets out an exasperated sigh. "And who are you supposed to be?"

His voice is silky and soft yet there is a menacing aura to it. "Whatever makes you think I'll tell you, you monster!" He looks surprised but let's out a soft chuckle and steps forward. "Don't come near! I will hurt you!" I lash out as I help the girl to her feet; she hides behind me, terrified.

"No, he'll kill us both! Please! Let us go, please!" The girl pleads from behind me, her eyes puffy and red. "No, he won't! I'll get you out of here alive! Don't worry!" I reassure her as I reach to my bag stealthily and clutching the pepper spray can as tightly as I can, I wait for the right moment to attack. The blonde man approaches us steadily, slowly.

Once I am convinced that he is close enough, I take the can out and spray it in his eyes, he lets out a pained cry once the liquid comes in contact with his eyes and taking the opportunity I push him and he hits the ground hard, the back of his head clashing against a rock. I grab the girl's wrist and make a run for it, sprinting towards my car, the way I came. She follows after me but is still a bit wobbly.

"Are you alright?! How do you feel? What's your name, do you remember?" I ask the panting girl once we're a safe distance away and locked away in my car. She looks at her neck, where a bite mark is perfectly visible. "Anna, my name is Anna." She whispers, her voice wheezy and wobbly.

"Thank god. What happened? Who was he? And why did he attack you?" I hate to ask her these probing questions but it just felt necessary and she turned to face me, her eyes were tearing up once more. "Isn't it as plain as day?! He was going to kill me! He's- He's a vampire!" She shouted. I knew, I knew he was, but I couldn't believe it even though I saw it with my own two eyes.

I remained silent. Then all of a sudden, I could hear the trees rustling, as if like they were sneering at us, and the wind blowing obnoxiously, a hiss echoing. "What's that?" Anna asked, but I didn't reply as I wasn't sure myself."That wasn't very nice of you, was it? Hitting me and all? I fully anticipate apologies from you miss, but in the meantime, I have business to take care of, if you'll excuse me."

The blonde man was in front of me, on my car's hood, glaring at us. He broke my windshield in the process as well. "Do step out, Anna. I already told you I won't hurt you, don't be afraid." His eyes stared deep into Anna's and as if like she really wasn't afraid, she stepped out of the car and willingly, to my shock, into his arms.

"You remember nothing that happened here, you got into an accident with the brown haired woman and helped her reach home is all. Now go back to your family and tell them what happened and go to sleep." His red eyes started to light up in a weird way, and his voice, somehow entranced Anna, who did as told.

"And now, to deal with you." He said and turned back to look at me, his red eyes threatening me and his yellow hair swaying with the wind falling on his eyes before swaying again. I was scared, truly, but I didn't let it show, I had dealt with worse things than this. I kept my stand and stepped out of the car and soon as I did, things went black all of a sudden.

"I can't wait! It's been ages since we all finally came together like this." Sumire exclaimed excitedly and wrapped an arm around her boyfriend, Koko who beamed. "I guess." I said, mostly excited to get to see Hotaru again, my very best friend, one I hadn't heard from in nearly 2 years.

"You could sound less like a corpse, right?" Sumire complained but I couldn't help it, I was beginning to think Hotaru wouldn't make it and she didn't in the end. I enjoyed the movie although and re-connecting with my friends. "Thanks for an amazing night, Sumire. Honestly, what would we ever do without you?" I thank her sincerely. "Well, it's not over yet!"

She smiles and we dine out in a fancy restaurant for the night. "Over or not, I really have to be leaving, it's already pretty late. Thanks again for the most amazing night ever you guys!" I hug everyone one by one before climbing in my car, ready to go.

I was on the road in a few minutes, going on full speed, drumming my fingers on the steering wheel while listening to my favourite singer on the FM radio. It was a chilly night and I had let my windows down letting the cool air blow on my face instead of turning on the AC. I really liked the night air.

And that's when without warning, a tree uprooted right in front of my car. I cursed out loud and turned hard right, barely missing the stupendous tree and instead hit a huge boulder on the side of the road. "Just perfect!" I stepped out to inspect the car and saw that it had a little dent on the side, otherwise fine. "Oh god! Dad's gonna kill me!" I mutter under my breath as I get back in the car and started the ignition.

The car didn't start. I turned the key again and again hoping it would come to life but it didn't budge. "Oh, come on! Could this night get any worse?!" But obviously it could. I knew that when I stepped out of the car and wandered around until I came upon an abandoned school. There were a few stores on the other side of the road and I felt relieved. I trudged towards the store when I saw them.

Two figures caught my attention, particularly the tall blonde man pinning the pink haired girl to the tree. She wasn't at all visible with the man's tall visage covering up her entire body. He had golden blonde hair that seemed to shimmer in the moonlight. I was debating whether or not to disturb them when I noticed the man's eyes.

Blue like the morning sky, vivid and rich when, suddenly crimson flowed into them, and they swirled like waves mixing with the blue until they were red. Blood red, like a vampire's. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. No, it couldn't be! I must be dreaming! I wanted to scream, run! But my body wouldn't respond, and I stood there, my whole body going numb.

The pink haired girl looked awfully calm though, like she was in some sort of a daze. I looked on much to my horror and fear, the blonde man drinking from her throat. My eyes went wide with terror as he finally pulled back; the inhumane canines glistened like metal, while blood dripped freely from his red lips.

Fangs! This guy had fangs! And they were very much real, I knew. The girl however, was unbelievably calm and was still in his arms like she was dead, her face pale. I covered my mouth with my hand and tried so hard not to scream. No! It can't be!

And that's when I met with another beautiful monster, his face was carved into my memory and it burned beyond imagination, his face was not something one could easily forget. Nor were his black eyes! His obviously fake black eyes!
