"I have to do what?" Misa asked.
"It was Tsugumi Obata's idea," L exclaimed, handing Misa the script. "You don't really have a choice."
Misa scowled as she read the script and her eyes narrowed more dangerously at each sentence. "I don't understand why female anime protagonists have to lead such ditzy, degrading roles such as this. I'd like to see one anime where the heroin isn't a complete bimbo. I say, this particular role is ridiculous. I fall for someone just like that and become too infatuated to realize he has no feelings for me?"
"That about sums it up," Light said.
"That's terrible!"
"No, no. You see, if you weren't annoying, I would show interest in you and I would feel guilty for being a cold hearted bastard for using you. And its significant Tsugumi makes me as cold hearted as possible."
"So," L continued, nonchalantly, "You really have no choice."
"Well, shit. Fine. Let's see if I can tolerate these lines."
'Throws her arms around Light's waist and says, Oh, Light, my darling, Misa Misa loves you so much. She'd do anything for you. Teehee! Insert protest against L and Light being suggestively handcuffed together here'
Misa blinked and looked up from the script.
"Oh, you have got to be fucking kidding me."
