Disclaimer: I don't own anything. Nothing.
Peter knows that every time she gets in that tank, she is putting her life in danger. He hates that she is so stubborn, but has realised that there is no point wasting his breath on trying to convince her otherwise.
He sometimes thinks the loss of John has made her a tiny bit crazy and that's the reason why she doesn't seem to care about the consequences of her actions. He sometimes wonders if she realises just how much it could do to her, as she seems to jump in the tank as if she were just taking a morning stroll.
"It's fine, it's not like I could lose every aspect that makes me, me! Or end up a vegetable or just insane." Yes Peter thinks those must be her thoughts when she goes in the tank. Of course they aren't. Olivia isn't so nonchalant about such things. She's just headstrong and wants answers. He wants answers too. That's why he stayed, but he doesn't think the tank, (even with the vague answers it provides) is the way to get them.
No. Even with answers no good comes from the tank............well except for the part where she is wet and in her underwear.
